The company organization of Chubu International Airport is a beginning model of a Japanese-type PFI ( Private Financial Initiative) and consist of five regional business representatives (Toyota, Chubu, Electricity, Matsuzaka-ya/Dept. Store retailer.)Point are instrumental :Centering around Nagoya in the Chubu region , there is an integration of industries which have their head office there.Especially , the regional feature of craftsman industries are apparent and leading representative is Toyota Located in the central part of Japanese IslandRegional affiliation are strong howeverChance to revitalized Japan

Toyota can be success for doing diversification and expansion (in this case : how to construct Chubu Airport) due to they run the key of success :Understanding of Toyota to see worldwideRunning the business and culture which becomes base for management principal THINK GLOBAL, ACT LOCALThe President of Chubu International Airport was selected from Toyota Corporation .

Underlying Toyota Corporate culture is a tacit strategy to construct relation tying corporation and politics , then corporation and government and the regional society.In the Process of building The Chubu International Airport , Toyota practical-type management philosophy ways :Work means to eliminate waste and add value Organization was formed by work which stuck to the work process flow.Employees were empowered and given information in order to accomplish the objectives.
