Town of Oyster Bay Ice Skating Facilities
Dear Neighbor:
With three beautiful rinks to enjoy, the winter is a great time to ice skate with family and friends in the Town of Oyster Bay. The Town’s ice rinks provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. While the Town of Oyster Bay’s indoor ice skating center at Bethpage Community Park is open year-round, the outdoor rinks at Marjorie R. Post and Syosset-Woodbury Community Parks officially open for the season the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 24th.
Aside from combatting cabin fever, ice skating is a fantastic outdoor winter activity with many health benefits for skaters of all ages. In addition to recreational skating, private and semi-private lessons, group lessons and private rentals are also available. Our ice rink facilities will make coping with the cold fun and enjoyable!
So bring your scarf and gloves, lace up those skates and enjoy spending time at the Town of Oyster Bay’s ice skating rinks. We’ll have the hot chocolate ready. Yours truly,
Joseph Saladino Town Supervisor
