I am a graduate of Michigan State University BusinessSchool and West Virginia University Law School. I secured an attorney position withGlasson, Rhead and McClean. I handled commercial collection cases. I then accepted a

position with the Ingham County Prosecutor' s Office ( Lansing, Michigan). I was eventuallyappointed Chief Assistant Prosecutor in that office. I then returned to private practice and

founded the law firm of Stump and Stump. I have been a widower since 2007.
