First Year Assessment Report on prospecting, rock and core sampling on the Tower Property, licence

Sample report sheet………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….8 Statement of Expenses.......................................................................................................................9/10

Introduction The Tower Project includes 4 claims under licenses 021920M and 021921M under Clyde Burt/Perry Warren and in equal partnership with Clyde Burt ,Perry Warren, and Cyril Bryan of Glenwood. The claims are located near Jonathan’s Pond, north of the community of Gander. The property was staked in 2014 for its copper potential associated with the Benji Property.
Location and Access The Tower property is located in NTS map areas 2E/01 and 2E/02, just off highway 330 North of Gander (Figure 1).
Previous Work The showing was originally discovered by prospectors Larry and Roland Quinlan while trying to source a massive sulphide float with 478 ppb Au. No mineral exploration was conducted on the property previous to this. The property area is host to a large zone of pervasive silicification, quartz vein stockwork and hydrothermal brecciation in grey psammite. The zone has been traced along strike for approximately 600 m and a width of 50 m. The zone is in gradational contact with adjacent siliciclastics, which are also cut by a quartz vein network, locally with sulphide mineralization. Sulphides are abundant with areas measuring 0.5 x 0.5 m containing 95-100% sulphides, which mostly comprise pyrite, minor chalcopyrite and bornite. Values up to 8470 ppm Cu, 246 ppb Au, >6 ppm Ag, 192 ppm Mo, 429 ppm W and .28 oz/t Ag have been returned from historic assays of grab samples from this showing (Quinlan, 1998). A 30 cm wide quartzvein located 1.5 km to the SW assayed 4.1% Pb, .4 oz/t Ag and 36 ppb Au.
4
Geology and Mineralization
Regional Geology The property lies on the western edge of the Gander Zone and is underlain by quartz-rich siliciclastics of the Gander Group. The tectonic contact between the Gander Group and rocks of the Gander River Complex(Dunnage Zone) is approximately 1 km to the NW Local Geology The property is underlain by the Jonathon’s Pond Formation comprising interbedded psammite, semipelite and pelite.
Current Work Program Prospecting and channel sampling of the silicified zone returned anomalous Cu and Pb. The Au returns were low. Semi‐massive pyrite boulders returned anomalous Au. Prospecting efforts to find the Pb/Ag showing 1.5 kms to the Southwest were unsuccessful as were re‐analysis of the silicified zone to repeat W values. Anomalous sulphide boulders and Pb values in O/C is encouraging and more work is planned in the summer of 2015

Mineralization/Results The showing was originally discovered by prospectors Larry and Roland Quinlan while trying to source a massive sulphide float with 478 ppb Au. Sampling of outcrop and float (Map 2) by the present owners returned up to 795 ppb Au, 746 ppm Cu, .35% Pb and elevated levels of Ag, Bi, Mo, Se and Te indicating the possible presence of an epithermal system in this area that has not been defined previously.
