    All vertical and horizontal penetrations or openings on the fire rate walls / slabs particularly exit access

    corridor, fire fighting / smoke - stop lobby, electrical room, shall be sealed with approved CDD fire

    stopping materials.

    This is similar to CDD comments at Apartments; AEB request

    Midmac to provide letter of confirmation for the works

    performed in accordance to CDD approved methodology and

    approved materials.

    8 No testing of fire fighting system at the time inspection.

    * Justify reducing the capacity of fire pumps serving basement 1 and basement 2 as indicated in the CDD

    approved plan 528-MP-M-FF-004 ( 8 of 9 ) dated April 10, 2011 should be 1900 GPM. During inspection it

    was found out the pump capacity is 1000 GPM. "As Built" drawings including justification shall be

    submitted in the CDD Planning Section for evaluation and approval.

    It was noted that there were a lot of Common & Supervisory Fault / Trouble at FACP. Rectify the system

    and restore to normal operating condition. Submit Record of Completion duly acknowledged, signed /

    stamped by the supervising consultant.

    Supervisory fault still experienced at the Apartment Buildings are

    operational and at many occasions valves are being closed by the

    Facility maintenance team/tenants which is causing common

    faults.

    14 Justify non provision of evacuation message through PS System in Offices and Lift Corridors in Tower 1. Done - Refer to attached T & C Report

    15 Justify non provision of detection system in the Ground Floor and 1st Floor Offices of Tower 1.Similar comment as Item-10 to be carried out by ID Fit-

    requirement for implementation inside all FM-200

    system rooms.

    * Justify the efficiency of jet fans of basement ventilation system since there are a lot of obstructions.Done - Guide Vanes provided on Jet Fans by the Specialist

    local Kahramaa electricity supply failure shall require
