• Technical developmetn and innovation towards change and modrenization of health care

• Integration and automatization of the whole process of health care

• Real time transmission of images and biomedical data between health care facilities

• Change of classical work procedures to facilitate information flows

• Clinical Data Security Guarantee• Time span: 5 years (2006-2011)• Estimated total capital investment: 80 million euros

• Staff: 125 profesionales

Opened in 2009, the Technological Center for Health (Centro Tecnológico de Salud [CETEC]) houses the Data Processing Center [CPD], the Call Center and the Professionals Support and Computer Solutions Center [CAU], and facilities for training and education.
