The call made by the TOTAL RECALL for Bobwhite Quail is the fall covey-up call used predominately in the fall. Your Total Recall may be equipped with the Bob-white Quail, Chukar partridge, Hungarian partridge, California Quail or Pheasant depending on the model you ordered. General Operating Instructions 1. Undo the three latches and open up the unit. Move the switches to the desired operating position, every 30 minutes, every 2 hours, or dusk and dawn only. In each of these positions the photo cell is activated. TOTAL RECALL begins a call se-ries of four intermittent calls lasting approximately 7 minutes. About every 30 minutes or 2 hours depending on the setting you have chosen, the call series is repeated. As the sun sets and daylight begins to dim, TOTAL RE-CALL will begin a final call series and shut down for the night. As the sun rises the next morning, the unit will begin to call and operate in the designated mode. If you choose the dusk/dawn setting, the unit will call only at sunrise and sunset. 2. Insert a nine volt alkaline battery into the battery clip for about 4 weeks of use OR 8 AA batteries into the battery holder for about 20 weeks of use. IMPORTANT: Do not use metal objects to pry the battery from the battery holder or clip. This could cause the voltage regulator to short out. 3.Close the unit and secure it to a tree or a post using the rope ratchet.

DEACTIVATION: The only way to completely deactivate the TOTAL RECALL Is to disconnect the batteries or battery. REPAIRS: If you need to have a repair done to TOTAL RECALL, call us. Quality Wildlife Services at 877-242-2482. ADDED VOLUME: the external jack located at the bottom of the speaker can be used to attach an additional power horn speaker. These are available with a mini-jack from Quality Wildlife Services.
