During the month of November of 2019, Torrington Police were detailed to investigate a sexual assaultcomplaint involving a juvenile victim. During the course of the investigation, a juvenile suspect wasidentified and an arrest warrant was issued for Sex Assault in the 4th Degree, and Unlawful Restraint in 2nd

Degree. Subsequently the juvenile was criminally charged with the above and later released to the parentwith a court date of 07/20/20 at 0930 hours at Juvenile Court, located at 50 Field Street.

On 06/06/2020 Officers were dispatched to 413 South Main Street for an active domestic disturbance. Upon

investigation, it was revealed Ryan Liso DOB 03/22/1996 had an active arrest warrant stemming from anincident that occurred on January 17, 2020 where Liso was reported to have assaulted the victim who had adiagnosed disability by punching them several times and then choked the victim. Liso was taken intocustody and charged with the above. Liso was then released on a $2500 non-surety bond and is scheduledto appear in Torrington Superior Court on 06/08/2020 at 0930 hours.

On 6/1/2020 at approximately 1800 hours, officers located the above stated party and confirmed that he hada valid warrant for an incident that occurred on 4/29/2020. Multiple witnesses identified the above statedparty being involved in an assault. The victim sustained bruising to his face, and a pair of prescriptionglasses valued at approximately $300 were broken during the assault. The above stated party completedand signed a sworn written statement regarding the assault, in which he stated that no physical altercationtook place. The victim's physical injuries, along with multiple contradicting statements disproved thesuspect's statement. On 5/26/20, Torrington Police responded to 544 Newfield Road for the report of an unwanted person. Uponarrival, Jacob Armstrong was located in the driveway. After investigation, Armstrong was found to be inpossession of 6 syringes; 1 crack pipe; cocaine; and 84 wax baggies containing a brown powderysubstance consistent with heroin. This substance later tested positive for heroin. Due to the above statedfacts and circumstances, Armstrong was arrested and charged with the above stated charges. Armstrongwas later released on a $2,500 non surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Torrington Court on 6/22/20 at

0900 hours.

During the course of the last several months, the Torrington Police Department investigatedmultiple burglary complaints located at 321 Migeon Avenue. During the investigation, Rivera wasidentified as the suspect. Police made contact with Rivera and he admitted to being on theproperty at least five times and stole valuables from the home, that he later sold at a Pawn Shoplocated in Waterbury, CT. An arrest warrant was issued for Rivera, and on 05/26/20, he was takeninto police custody. Officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic disturbance. During the investigation it was learned that

Marracino had thrown a lawn chair and slapped victim 1 knocking her to the ground. Marracino was highlyintoxicated and denied the incident. A witness stated she heard Marracino and victim 1 arguing loudly but

that Marracino was the primary aggressor in the argument. This witness observed Marracino throw the

lawn chair off the deck. I observed a tiny amount of blood on the victims left ear from her earring being torn

out. Marracino was arrested and charged with the above. Marracino was booked, processed and releasedon a $2500 non surety bond for court in Waterbury on 5/26/20 at 0900 hours.

On the above stated date, officers responded to a motor vehicle hit and run. Upon arrival, officers observeda 2013 white Nissan Rouge that has collided to a stationary storage pin. The above stated party was arrested for the above stated offenses following an investigation into what wasoriginally reported as a kidnapping or abduction. It was discovered Roberts had driven away from Victim 1's

residence in her car while having no license. Victim 1 had willfully got in the vehicle with Roberts and this

was not a kidnapping or abduction. During this incident Roberts had allegedly jammed his finger into Victim1's ear causing injury and repeatedly punched her in the stomach. Victim 1 is a few months pregnant. WhileRoberts and Victim 1 were in the vehicle together, Roberts allegedly told her he was going to kill her and her

family. Officers located the vehicle traveling west on East Elm onto North Elm. Upon stopping the vehicleRoberts jumped out of the vehicle shouting he's out of the car as he approached the officer. Whileattempting to detain Roberts he tried to spin away from the officer and tensed his arms trying to preventthem from being placed behind his back. Once in handcuffs Roberts was walked to a patrol car when hefreaked out yelling/screaming and trying to break free from officers. Roberts was taken to the ground,where he remained until he stated he would comply with officers. Roberts was brought to his feet where he

began shouting at everyone around to get off his planet. Roberts had an active warrant for his arrest (20-1591) and was the respondent of three full no contact protective orders one with each Victim 1, Victim 2,and Victim 3. Following the booking process Roberts was taken to the hospital where he spit in an ERnurse's face. Roberts is currently being held on a $10,000 surety bond.

On 6/3/20 officers were detailed to the area of Cooper and Litchfield Street as Witness 1 heard Victim 1

screaming for help and to call the police. Witness 1 heard Victim 1 yelling at the suspect, Bridges, to giveback a purse. Witness 2 heard the same screams for help, and then observed Bridges running downCooper Street, and Victim 1 was running after Bridges yelling for him to give back the purse. Witness 2caught up with them nearby and Bridges gave back the purse to Victim 1. Victim 1 then located a creditcard in the purse and gave it to Bridges, who then walked away. Victim 1 was located outside his/herresidence, and stated Bridges threw Victim 1 on their bed and held Victim 1 down while taking the purse.Victim 1 stated Bridges then took the purse outside, where he threw Victim 1 to the ground to maintainpossession of the purse. Victim 1 sustained pain in the wrists and a bruise on one leg as a result. Bridgeswas soon located and placed under arrest for the charges listed, and was later released on a $2,500 nonsurety bond for GA 4 Waterbury Court today.
