NOTE: Use the following torquespecifications for all hardware: 5/8”hardware 177 ft-lbs, ¾” hardware 319ft-lbs, 7/16” hardware 60 ft-lbs.

1. Remove the air intake cowling unitslocated behind the operator seat. Remove the two plates and angle used to seal around the air intakes as well. Un-bolt the hydrostatic pedal from theoperator platform.

2. Tilt the steering tower back towardsthe seat. Take a 12” piece of ¾” x ¾”NDA-X and install along the front edgeof the control tower to seal the air space. See Figure 1.

3. Remove the plate directly underneath the steering tower (below operatorplatform). Take the 6” x 11 ½” piece ofmylar and position it on the plate. Pealoff the backing and glue into place withthe mylar on the inside of the panelwhen it is installed. Re-install thepanel, see Figure 2.

4. Take the front bracket. Note all theholes in the front platform angle and thefront bracket. Drill out all holes to a

diameter of ½”. Place the bracketagainst the platform and attach with the7/16” x 1 ½” hex bolts, 7/16” flat washers, 7/16” lock washers, and 7/16” hex nutsprovided. Torque front mount hardware to specifications provided. See Figure 3.

5. Take the left rear bracket and slide itinto the 2-post socket so that the boltholes on the bracket line up with the bolt holes in the platform and the mountplate is on the inside. Take the ¾” x 2¼” hex bolts, ¾” flat washers, and ¾”

lock washers and loosely bolt the bracket into place. Do not tighten until cab isinstalled. See Figure 4.

6. Go to the cab and prepare to installthe O-rubber. Remove the left door, right escape window, and lower rightwindow before lifting cab. Take the cablift brackets provided and bolt throughthe holes in the upper A-C crossmemberin front of the B-post. Attach a chain orlift strap to the lifting brackets and hoist the cab off of the shipping pallet a couple of feet to make O-rubber installationeasier.

7. Take the 5 ¼” x 16 7/16” piece offloormat and position it on the platformaround the right and rear side of theHST pedal. Glue the floormat into placeonto the platform. See Figure 5. Takethe 22 ¾” x 21 7/8” floormat piece andplace in on the platform so that it fitssnugly around the steering tower andbrake pedal. Glue the floormat intoplace.

8. Take the 10 3/8” x 28 1/8” piece offloormat and position it on the tool box

lid. Trim the edges so that it does not fittoo snugly and allows for the toolbox toopen properly. Glue the floormat ontothe toolbox lid. See Figure 5. Take the23 1/8” x 28 ¼” piece of floormat andplace it onto the left side of the platform. Ensure that it fits snugly against the tool box lid mat at the rear and the platformlips, and glue into place.

9. Take the underplatform shield andline it up with the holes in the platform. Bolt into place with the 5/16” x 1” flangebolts and nuts provided. Ensure that the

HST pedal and all linkages in the areanearby operate properly and are notrestricted in anyway. If the linkages arebinding, or hitting a part of the shield, reposition the shielding until normaloperation of all parts has been attained, see Fiugre 6.

10. Re-install the HST pedal with thelonger fasteners provided, 5/16” x 1 ¼”.

See Figures 7 - 11 for weatherstrippinginstallation.

11. Take the 180d O-rubber and move to the sheetmetal edge at the left front ofthe cab, near the lower windshieldcrossmember. Slide the rubber onto theedge and work your away around to theback of the cab. Take the 90d O-rubberand put a short piece onto the rearshield as shown, with the blub facingoutward. Take the 180d O-rubber andcontinue along the rear shield until youreach the same spot on the right side forthe 90d O-rubber. Continue with the180d O-rubber until you reach the end ofthe sheetmetal on the right shield. Takethe ½” x ¾” NDA-X and attach to thehorizontal bottom right fixed windowtube along the inside edge as shown inthe Figure. Take a short piece of 90dO-rubber and install on the short edge as

shown, then continue with 180dO-rubber until you reach the lowerwindshield crossmember.

12. Take the ½” x ¾” NDA-X and moveto the front bracket that is installed onthe tractor. Peel back the adhesive backand attach to the top edge of the bracketas shown in Figure 12.

13. Lift the cab over the tractor. Placeone rubber isolator onto each mountbracket plate. Slowly lower the cab until the mount plate contacts the rubberisolators. Using 5/8” x 3” hex bolts, 5/8”steel flat washers, 5/8” rubber flatwashers, 5/8” lock washers, and 5/8” hexnuts, start each mounting bolt. As soonas all bolts are started begin torquing allmounting hardware to the specificationsprovided. For the rubber isolatedmounts, torque bolts until there is a 7/8”space between mounting plates. Torquebracket hardware as well.

14. Remove cab lift brackets and install3/8” snap caps into holes. Re-install cabdoor, right escape window, and lowerright window.

15. Connect main cab electrical now. Connect the heavy red wire to 12V onthe tractor. Connect the heavy blackwire to main tractor ground. Connectthe orange wire to a switched source onthe tractor.

Proceed with the steps 16 to 21 if cab isequipped with the heater option.

16. Drain the anti-freeze from theengine.

17. Suction: Locate the 3/8NPT plug on top of the water pump housing. Removethe plug and save for use with thepressure fitting. REMEMBER to use awater sealant material around thethreads of the fitting. Take one of3/8NPT x 5/8” barb straight fittings andscrew into the housing. See Figure 13.

18. Pressure: Locate the thermostatsensor on the right side of the engine bay and remove. REMEMBER to use a

water sealant material around thethreads of the fitting. You will noticethat there are two 3/8NPT ports on theadaptor. One will be for the sensor, theother will require the plug from thesuction port, this allows adjustability inhow far the adpator gets screwed intothe housing. Take the 16MM x 16MM x3/8NPT sensor adaptor and screw intoport where the thermostat sensor was. When you are near the end of the thread, decide which port is more convenient forthe pressure fitting, and screw the plugfrom the suction fitting into the otheradaptor port. Then screw the thermostat sensor into the end of the adaptor fitting. Take the remaining 3/8NPT x 5/8” barbstraight fitting and screw it into thethermostat adaptor. See Figure 14

19. Locate the 5/8” heater hose at thebase of the C-post of the cab framelabelled pressure. Route the hose to thepressure fitting. Tie down the hose asrequired to ensure that it does notinterfere with any controls, levers, oraccessories of the unit. Measure off thedistance to the fitting (allow for someexcess) and cut the hose. Connect the

hose to the pressure fitting with theHS-10 hose clamp provided.

20. Take the remaining heater hose androute it to the suction fitting. Tie downthe hose as required to ensure that itdoes not interfere with any controls, levers, or accessories of the unit. Measure off the distance to the fittingand cut the hose. Connect the hose tothe fitting with the HS-10 hose clampprovided.

21. Ensure that all connections are tight and fill in anti-freeze. Open the watervalve using the rotary control on theswitchplate of the cab, approximatelyhalf-way and turn on the fan. Start thetractor, and run at PTO RPM for 5minutes. Once the heater begins to heat, open the valve all the way. It isnecessary to completely purge all of theair bubbles in the coolant system, so itmay be necessary to leave the radiatorcap off while the engine is running. Continue adding engine coolant andchecking for any leaks while running the engine. The heater core should produceHOT AIR when the system has beenpurged properly. It may be necessary tostart and stop the engine while addingcoolant for a while.

22. To ensure cab is sealed properly, use a black silicone sealant, and seal off anycracks and small openings that may bepresent.
