• I started my passion for fitness and physical activity back in high school playing basketball, soccer, badminton, and any other sport I could. I then got involved in rock climbing, scuba diving and horseback riding.

• From there I progressed to run half marathons, and in the process of training for a tough mudder, full marathon and triathlon. I love to help people reach their fitness goals and accomplish things they never thought was possible. There is no greater feeling or reward then helping someone change their life for the positive.
