ThetoolboxtalkscontainedinthispackaredesignedtofitintotheoverallrequirementtoprovideInformation,Instruction,TrainingandSupervisiontoemployees.

Thetoolboxtalksinthispackareintendedtobepuretoolboxtalksdeliveredinthesitecabin,roundthetoolboxoronsite,notinaformaltrainingroom. Theyarenotformaltraining,theyareremindersofselectedpointsofthetopicscovered. Formaltrainingandrefreshertrainingshouldbeprovidedtocoverthebreadthanddetailofthesetopicsfully.

Thetalksareintendedtobeofbetween5and10minutesduration,onlythequestionsfromthoseattendingshouldgooverthistime. Thetalksshouldnotbeusedasformaltrainingastheydonothavethebreadthanddetailforthistobesuitableandsufficient. Theyshouldbeusedaspartofanintegratedstrategyofformaltrainingreinforcedbyperiodictoolboxtalksasremindersbetweentheinitialtrainingandthetimedrefreshertraining.
