The collection of Wave Tongues (ikats) evokes far-away countries,

travellers in the silk route that brought exotic merchandises in the holds of their boats.

Maybe the most colourful and young fabrics.

cLASSICAL tONGUES

Classical Tongues (ikat) are the most peculiar and traditional fabrics, but they have a

vanguard touch. In the past they were called ^f lamules^ (f lames) because of the

characteristic f lame-shape patterns that remind us of the f lame of the f ire.

Maybe the most ethnic and daring fabrics.
