Our fleet of stress relieving units go where you need us: Portable 2-zones and 6-zones with recorders,

Modular 6-zone units and 5 ton trucks with mounted 24-zones. Our portable consoles are quiet and

compact for work in confined spaces. Our mobile units are completely self-contained with power

generators, cables, resistance elements, thermocouples and instrumentation.

ASME Compliant Hydrostatic Testing is a unique system that meets the pressure testing requirements of ASME B31.1/B31.3.

Non-Destructive Our test tools are non-destructive and will not cause interior wall damage to pipes and vessels.

Safety First Hydrotesting only requires a small amount of test medium which minimizes the amount of contained energy

for greater safety, also resulting in less waste – better for the environment, better for you.

Cost EffectiveHydrotesting reduces downtime and waste disposal problems associated with conventional testing methods.

Fast and easy installation means faster pipe repairs and retrofits. No need for weld caps, costly blinding,

water trucks or vac trucks.

Isolation Services Isolation Tools fit inside the pipes to form a seal to isolate upstream vapours away from hot work areas. The

seal can then be monitored while simultaneously providing venting to eliminate the potential for pressure

build up behind the isolation tool. Applications include work on pipe, flanges, welded unions, elbows and

Grip Tight High Pressure

Test PlugsFor quicker and safer testing of open end pipes, tubes and pressure vessels. Unlike other

plugs that can loosen under pressure, the Griptight actually uses test pressure to seal more

securely - the greater the pressure, the greater the grip.

Performance & Efficiency Tests at higher pressure with greater efficiency, typically to 80% of yield. Engineered seal

design reduces seal wear for long lasting performance. Eliminates the need for weld caps.

Safety Plug cannot eject under pressure when installed properly.

range from ½” through 36”, with larger sizes available on request. All plugs come complete
