SAMURAI

• The samurai were a social class military order in Japan for centuries until the Meiji Restoration (1867)• The Emperor Meiji was

applied radical changes to reduce the power of feudal lord (samurai) , these measures were satsuma rebellion who died the last samurai.

MEIJI SHRINE

• Is the Shinto shrine that is dedicated to the spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife. The original building was destroyed during the bombing of Tokyo in World War II.• Construction began in 1915,

Emperor Meiji and empress shoken were in the habit of visiting.

• It is a district that during most of the twentieth century was dedicate to entertainment. It is known for the theaters I cinemas and shops. It was bombed during World War II and rebuilt later

• Its design is based on the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It is painted in white and red according to aviation regulations. Its main function is as an antenna for transmitting analog signals and radio.
