Welcome Message:
Christ is risen, alleluia! He is truly risen, alleluia! May the grace and joy of the Risen Christ be with you all! We
welcome all of you to St. Monica parish: all families, all visitors, and those from all around our community. We
invite you to consider our parish as a great place for you and your family to join us in sharing our faith year
round. Thank you for being with us today! -Priests of St. Monica Parish, Dallas, Texas.
Dear Parishioners,
Christus Resurrexit! May the grace and joy of the Risen Christ be with you all! On this Day of Resurrection, I
would like to dedicate this space to all of our special guests who have come to celebrate the paschal mystery
with the people of God here at St. Monica parish. We welcome all families, all visitors from near and far, and
those from all around our community. We welcome you all! We also welcome our neophytes who are our
newly baptized, as well as those who have been fully initiated into the Body of Christ this Easter Vigil through
our Christian Initiation programs. I am proud of them in faith and ask your prayers for them as they enter into
this new Easter-time of mystagogy. Mystagogy is that time of study and discovery immediately after becoming
a new Catholic. It is an important time to reflect on the mystery of our faith and our experience of that
mystery. Please continue to pray for our newly initiated Catholics. On behalf of our deacons and our pastoral
year seminarian Deacon Tymo, I ask the prayers of Our Blessed Mother and our patroness St. Monica for all of
you to share the joy of Easter with your families and loved ones. In Christ’s Love,
Fr. Guadagnoli, Pastor
