1. In –House production of tool

aterial master &it" material type F0) for t"e tool to be manufactured "as to be

created before manufacturing!

4aluation of t"e material &ill be standard price!

Tool room &ill raise a production order &it" order type 5 67.!

Before t"e release of production order operations "as to be assigned and

components required "as to be assigned!

'or( center 8pending from 9$': &ill be assigned for t"e operation &"ic" "as

t"e acti#ity type 8not yet decided: for capturing t"e cost!

$fter assigning t"e operation, components t"e order &ill be released!

Tool room &ill confirm t"e production order!

$fter confirmation t"e tool is posted to quality stoc( and automatic inspection lot

&ill be created as inspection type 73 Final inspection for production &ill beacti#e!

$fter quality inspection if t"e tool is o(, it is posted to tool crib storage location, if

re&or( is to be done it is posted to tool crib storage location &"ere tool re&or(order &ill be created! )f rejected it is posted to bloc(ed stoc( &"ere stores
