One single NOUN
• People can like a noun: a toy, the boat, the boy, her dog, their father, freedom, etc

• To say that people like ONE item/person/concept/noun, use the following (short) form:
+ “gusta” + noun
(in the singular)
• Example: Me gusta tu actitud.• Figurative: I like your attitude.• Literal: To me your attitude is pleasing. 3
