‘’I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the effective measures that you and the
door team are currently implementing at the Floral Hall. Incidents of violence since control
of security changed to Phoenix Security have reduced dramatically, possibly due to a tighter
more process driven team who appear to communicate better with premise staff and
customers alike. ‘’ - Julian Griffin
‘’You all worked exceptionally hard to ensure
that the situation didn’t escalate and that fans
collected their tickets with minimal disruption
to our guests. ‘’ – Julian Griffin
As we know you all work really hard and excel at your jobs, here is
some feedback from some of our clients!

over our very busy year end period. At Hogmanay in Edinburgh, we can enjoy up to 175,000
party goers in the city seeing in the New Year, and with the eyes of the world upon us it is
important we put on a good show. ‘’ – Andrew Watson
This year was no exception, with record sales in my store at the West End as well as zero
reportable incidents it has to be recorded as a fine example of a well behaved well
managed event, your staff ,managed and coordinated by Julie were a credit to you.
‘’You and your team were great this evening,
not one guest had to wait for a room so a
massive well done. ‘’ - Kris Doyle

staff carried out all roles with ultimate professionalism. We were particularly impressed
with Michael the Supervisor and would hope to continue working with you in the near
future.’’ – Karen Makepeace
Supervisors Nicole and James are both very professional. We had an incident with one
of our staff members and they couldn't have been anymore help-full and caring. Every
time I have the event they are friendly and approachable. Great to see a venue with nice
staff and security staff. – Tiger Tiger Manchester
‘’Our previous security providers delivered poor standards, poor service levels and unreliable staff who didn’t turn up. Phoenix Security are totally different in that their staff are highly professional and totally reliable.
