Sub: Broadband Connectivity to colleges Under National Mission of Education (NMEICT) project Dear Sir/Madam You might be aware that ministry of HRD, N.Delhi under centrally sponsored plan scheme called National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NME-ICT) is providing 10 mbps broadband connectivity to colleges/ institutes affiliated to Universities at much subsidised rates. The connectivity will be provided through BSNL. Colleges have to bear only 25% share of the total cost. Rest 75% cost will be paid by MHRD for 20 connections.
