The TLS Thermal Labelling Systems both deliver permanent,quick and clear printing, label after label. With thermal transferprinting there is no need to handle your materials delicately,there’s no smearing!

The systems automatically recognise label sizes and printersettings and have a built-in cutter, eliminating wasted timeand materials. Both printers can be used with a wide range ofmaterials, available in over 350 label sizes, including die cutlabels, self-laminating markers, sleeves and continuous tape.

Connect a TLS system to your PC and use the LabelmarkTM

software to import graphics, create templates, print bar codesymbologies and import label lists using ASCII and ODBC dataimport capabilities.

Variable Font Sizes

Variable font sizes range from 1 (4 point) to 19 (72 point).The maximum font size available depends on factors suchas label size, number of characters, number of lines, as wellas font sizes in other lines.

Autotext Sizing

The TLS 2200® Thermal LabellingSystem uses an automatic font sizingfeature called autotext sizing. As youenter characters on the LCD, itinstantly reads your label style,selects the most suitable type size,and registers it for printing.

Overriding AutotextIf you wish to select a specific font size for your label, theautotext feature can easily be overridden on a line-by-linebasis.

Cable Markers

When you are looking for cable markers with extreme durability, the Laminat range of carriers and tags is the solution.The Laminat consist of two parts: LaminatTM Carriers (B-7644), LaminatTM Tags (B-7645)

B-7644 Laminat™ CarriersLaminat TM carriers come with a strip to laminate text labels. The carrier is to be fixed with two cable ties directly on the cables andwires. This dependable marking system enables you to permanently mark cables and wires.

The LaminatTM Carriers can be used for any type of cable identification where permanency of the legend is crucial.Follow these steps to mount the label onto the LaminatTM carrier:

1) Pull the protective foil backwards

2) Place the label in the middle leaving space for sealing on all foursides of the label.

3) Seal the carrier by placing a finger on the foil and pushigforward, thus rolling over the foiland rolling off the silicon liner.

4) Always feed the cable tiesfrom the top, thus bendingdown the LaminatTM

carrier along the cable.
