The first (and sadly the only, for now) Carbon Zero company of its type in Portugal, we compensate our emissions by planting and maintaining oak-trees and wild pine-trees in the Peneda-Gerês and Mafra National Parks. We also became a UN Global Compact participant. Better energy and water management solutions are also a part of our team’s vision for a sustainable planet, as well as the quest for producing green events for our clients. We want to make the difference and inspire others in order to achieve a lasting legacy for tomorrow’s generation.

Based in Portugal we have developed tools which cover professionally procured suppliers, robust risk management processes, meticulous planning and open and clear budget management. This has resulted in a company annual business growing of 30%, with sales & marketing offices in the UK, Germany and USA and embraced by MPI and SITE (serving on the board). All this so everything else can be about emotion and Return On Investment.

For the last 5 years we have embraced the change on the events industry landscape, with more than 100 events a year, allowing us to guarantee that our passionate and professional team, with constant training and innovation goals are staying ahead of the game, embracing change and being nimble enough to meet client needs irrespective of the climate, economic or otherwise. We have built a business for the long term!

With the operational and logistics under control and constantly audited, improved and optimized what’s left? The idea. Creativity is so subjective but for us it’s about creating a solution that causes a smile, a change of thinking, a positive and long lasting experience, a new way of looking at something, or just downright piece of fun. So they go home remembering what you really wanted to tell them. That’s where we really make a difference.

Considered by the NY Times as the most interesting destination in Europe to visit in 2007, there’s not much more to say about Portugal’s advantages in terms of excellence, classical or designer, traditional or innovative, historical or experimentalist, many top attractions and experiences for all sorts of incentives, congresses, meetings or product launches with cost efficient solutions.

On Europe’s West Coast, facing the Atlantic and reaching out to the USA, we have more than 300 daily flights from Madrid, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Dublin, Brussels, Frankfurt, São Paulo, New York and many others. And once you’re here the carbon footprint is minimal as everything is close, in walkable distances, electric trams and with a few more solutions that come in handy nowadays. With just 500 by 200 miles of area (plus the gorgeous archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira), it’s an all in one country with historical cities, modern hotels, incredible venues, world class golf courses and all you can fit in one event.

So incredibly close.

It’s not that we’re called Sunny Portugal for no reason. We have more than 250 cloudless days and an average temperature of 18ºC / 64ºF. That’s also the main reason why we’re a warm people and always with a smile on our faces.
