Nanofiber Electrospinning unit is a system for producing ultra-fine fiber with diameter of 20-1000nm. The nanofiber has very high specific surface area, small diameter and large porosity. There are more than 100 kind of polymers could be used as raw materials. Such as PEO, DNA, PAA, PLA, and also protein, collagen, organics such as nylon, polyester, acryl resin, and PVA, PS, PAN, peptide, cellulose, so on and so forth.
Electrospray coating unit is an apparatus for electrospraying a coating material onto a substrate. Compared to Electrospinning process, electrospray coating requires a lower viscosity solution and much higher voltage.
Nanofibers are an exciting new class of material used for several value added applications such as medical, filtration, barrier, wipes, personal care, composite, garments, insulation, and energy storage. Special properties of nanofibers make them suitable for a wide range of applications from medical to consumer products and industrial to high-tech applications for aerospace, capacitors, transistors, drug delivery systems, battery separators, energy storage, fuel cells, and information technology.
The process makes use of electrostatic and mechanical force to spin fibers from the tip of a fine spinneret. The spinneret is maintained at positive or negative charge by a DC power supply. When the electrostatic repelling force overcomes the surface tension force of the polymer solution, the liquid spills out of the spinneret and forms an extremely fine continuous filament.

7. Safety Measures: Emergency Stop Button; Door safety lock. (The high voltage power will be shut down automatically when door opened. ); Static removing system.
8. HeaterThe syringe pump should be put outside when heater is using, otherwise, the syring pump will be damaged. The best working temp. is 45~50 degree C. Please increase the temp. slowly when heating. In winter, heater is quite useful for solvent volatilization.
