Callisto

Callisto is a stand alone-clean-ing appliance for cleaning in the food industry. It supplies pressurised water to System Cleaners’ satellite stations and water outlets and has a built-in satellite.

The main station is designed and constructed according to System Cleaners’ renowned and exceptional reliability. It is able to pressurise water within a range of 10-40 bar depend-ing on choice of model.

Variants

Callisto is available with three chemical inlets. Each chemi-cal inlet may be used for pre- diluted chemicals or concen-trated chemicals. Supply of compressed air may be con-nected to each chemical inlet depending on the customer’s needs.

Consequently, Callisto provides a great number of variants and options. It may also be equipped with a built-in com-pressor, if an external supply of compressed air is not acces-sible.

Protection against low inlet pressure

To prevent the pump from run-ning dry, it is possible to pre-install a pressure switch that stops the pump and activates a visible warning light at the front of the cabinet.

Separate F-injector

For foam - in order to supply the station with two outlets in-stead of one. The extra out-let is controlled by a ball valve.

Cleaning solution

De-central manual cleaning

Callisto is a pump and satellite station in one installation. The satellite station is prepared for centrally pre-diluted chemicals, for concentrated chemicals, or for a combination of both.

In a typical Callisto solution, the installation is used with concentrated chemicals and supplies a number of satellites with pressurised water.

When connected to electricity, air and a sufficient water supply, Callisto is able to wash, foam, disinfect, and supply a number of satellites with pressurised water.

All satellites in the product portfolio of System Cleaners may be used together with Callisto. A typical solution includes one of the following satellites:

Mimas

Advanced satellite with the option of using three kinds of chemicals in either a central, a de-central or a combined solution. Mimas is operated by a pneu-matically controlled function selector.

Simple, robust and reliable satellite making it possible to rinse, foam and disinfect. Tarvos is available as a wall model as well as a trolley model, and is operated with a mechanical selector switch.
