BEERSDraft beer changes seasonally, please ask your server
Ever wonder what the difference is between mezcal and tequila? Tequila must be made within the borders of Jalisco, while mezcal is primarliy made in Oaxaca. 100% of Tequila de Agave must be made using the blue agave plant, while
mezcal can be made from many other varieties of agave. The most apparent difference comes from the way the "piña", or the heart of the plant, is cooked. In tequila production, the heart is cooked in large ovens. The traditional way to make mezcal is to dig a pit and fill it with hot rocks and fronds from the plant. This will roast the hearts for days,
creating that smoky and earthy flavor mezcal is known for.

FranceLa Forge Estate ViognierVin de Pays La Forge Estate is a friendly example of French style Viognier that makes a fun and easy introduction to its bright citrus acidity and balance of summer fruits.
Alsace In a golden yellow color with hints of green, the Pinot Gris offers a bouquet of ripe fruit and fruit compote, fully in harmony with notes of apricot and honey. On the palate the wine is soft, blended and fleshy with a very slight roundness. The finish is vinous and fresh, well-balanced and pure. A wine that is quite ready to taste, which will mature well over the next four to five years.
