One of these features allows dealerships to post coupons on their website, which customers can request to receive via text message. JUNE 2018 SPEED CHECKOUT 4.0 Update included an e-signature feature for online payments, the ability to auto-send SPEED CHECKOUTS to customers and the ability for dealership staff to add internal notes to all transactions. SEPT 2018 NEW AUTOMATIONS Calendar invite, same-day and multi-day status update. Dealers could send customers links to appointment invites they could add to their smartphone calendar with one click & send automated repair status updates. APRIL 2018 VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT Sends an alert from the OEM manufacturer to the TEXT2DRIVE system when a customer’s check engine light goes on.
