everybody’s time is limited

we claim to live in a knowledge world

yet we are paid on an industrial model

there is no incentive for sharing

because someone else might use your knowledge and charge less for their

time.

on the other hand there is not enough time

from qualified IT people

still we have no respect for each other’s time

in IT we use most of our time to stay where we are

In IT we spend 80% of our time on operations

but constantly there is demand for more time in IT

there should be a time bank

to save time for the important things

because you should choose how to use your time

we can “create” time by transferring knowledge to a machine

and every time your knowledge is used,

you are due credit
