We’re always keen to develop, and where possible improve, our products and

service. There are two main requirements that are asked of modern window

manufacturing. These are performance and conservation. With this in

mind we have developed two different ranges;

High Performance Range

These products are designed to outperform the ever changing energy

transfer, security and air flow building regulations and thus ensuring your new

windows and doors are protected against changes in future regulations.

Heritage Range

Our traditional style flush casement and box sash windows conserve the

many traditional features only found on style period windows. With this in mind,

they are designed to look and feel as close to the original windows, but with the

advantage of modern glazing and weather-seal technology.

All of our windows and doorsets are

manufactured from top quality laminated

timber that is knot and defect free. This form of

timber has been engineered to not warp, twist or bow.

High Performance Window RangeBox Sash Windows (weighted and spring balanced)

Our most popular window, the English designed box sash window originally

became a popular choice during the Georgian to Victorian periods.

We have developed our own unique design of sash window that blends

the original features expected of a traditional Victorian sash window, such

as traditional mouldings, slim glazing bars and decorative sash horns, with

modern performance.

On the box frame window, the sashes are hung by fixing sash cords that

run through pulley wheels to concealed steel counterweights within the

frame, maintenance access pockets for these weights are provided.

On the spring balanced variation of this window, the sashes are hung

by being fixed to pre-tensioned helical springs in matching coloured

tubes concealed within grooves in the side of the sash stiles. This design

also benefits from not requiring brick reveals. A tilting sash option is

also available.

These windows are secured by key lockable fasteners mounted to the

meeting rails and feature sash pulls, both available in a range of finishes.

These elegant, high specification, modern windows will add style and

sophistication to any property. Made From

High Performance Window RangeCasement Windows – Flush and Stormproof

We offer two main styles of casement window, the ‘Flush’ faced casement

and the ‘Stormproof’ lipped sash casement.

The Flush Casement window design takes its original heritage from the

first outward opening English window and has remained a quintessential

period English window design.

The Stormproof Casement window is the 1960’s innovative redesign of a

classic casement. Its main defining feature is the outside of the sash is rebated

to sit over the face of the frame and thus provide better weather protection.

This of course was before the creation of modern day performance weather

seals and gaskets, but the style has remained popular ever since.

Our designers have adapted these original styles of window to incorporate

modern timber sections that can feature traditional or contemporary

mouldings, highly insulated double or triple sealed units with multi-weather

sealing technology.

Both casement styles are highly secure, they are locked using key lockable

handles that operate fully concealed multi-point espagnolette locks that secure

the sash into keeps spaced around the inside of the frame rebate. These

high specification, truly modern windows will add style and performance

to any property.

Door System RangeHinged, Bi-Folding and Sliding Doorsets

We offer three main doorset schemes: Conventionally hinged, Straight

sliding and Bi-folding.

Our conventional hinged doorsets are available in a variety of configurations,

including; single inward or opening entrance doors, single or double doors, as well

as a split stable door option. They are hung by fully adjustable hinges and are fitted

with concealed highly secure 3 or 5 point espagnolette multipoint locks as standard.

Our straight sliding doorsets are available in six different configurations of up

to eight separate door leafs with a maximum width of up to three metres for each

door. The heavy duty rolling gear we use ensures that each door, with a maximum

weight of up to 300kg, always glides effortlessly. These sets allow very large

openings without having to sacrifice space when opening.

With our bi-folding doorsets you can choose to open one, or every door – they

fold neatly to 90 degrees and truly make the most out of any opening. No other door

system allows such a seamless transition between the inside of the home and a

conservatory or outside space.

All of our doorsets, no matter what the scheme or layout, have been designed

to be fully weather-sealed when shut, incorporating the latest in gasket technology

into our timber sections. We can also include thermally efficient, insulated

composite panels into any of our door designs.
