This is the concept framework of TIM5 Tool. There are 5 dimensions called “Diamond-Ring Model”. This model can help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to understand the weaknesses or strengths in the business and to improve their capability and be able to survive in the market for long-term operation.
