Meals Serving Times + Prices (excluding tax) Breakfast 7:00 am – 9:00 am, 6.99 per person Lunch 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, $ .99 per person Dinner 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm, $ .99 per person General Guidelines A guaranteed number of camp participants must be provided to Tiger Dining contact Karen Malcolm (334.844.4841) five (5) business days prior to the first meal. Please e-mail guarantees to [email protected]or fax to 334. 844.4535. The guaranteed number should include anyone connected with the camp that plans to eat (including campers, counselors, trainers, helpers, etc.). There will be a 75¢ surcharge per camper per meal for any count below or exceeding the guarantee by more than 10%. If a camp is cancelled, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. If the notice is not given, the camp will be charged for the guarantee or 100 participants, whichever is greater, for missed meals. A minimum of 100 camp participants per meal is required in order to open the dining facility. Pizza pick-up is available upon request. 24 hour notice must be given. For your protection, each camper should have a visible means of identifying the camp he/she is attending. This will assist us in making sure we charge each camp for only their participants. All meal times must be adhered to. Any changes are to be made 36 hours prior to the first meal. If you are issued meal cards, you are responsible for returning the same number of meal cards issued. There is a $10.00 fee for each missing card.
