Sales at Tides IV are currently outpacing the construction. The final building at The Tides is almost 40% sold, yet only 30% built. This remarkable success is mainly a result of building the right product in the right place. But today’s technology also allows buyers to better visualize the residences that won’t be completed until Summer 2016. Artist renderings have been replaced with computerized digital renderings and viewing platforms with drone photographs from each residence.

Mac Triplett, Director of Sales for Tides IV, adds: “The tools that we have available today, really help bring the building and residence plans to life.” In addition to the technology available, the fully-furnished sales model inside Building 3 at The Tides, allows buyers to see and touch the Tides IV finishes. When a buyer can hold a floor plan, look at computerized renderings of the residence, then see the view in the drone photographs, it allows for an easier decision while the building is

under construction. Pre-completion priced residences will be available until the end of November. “We want to provide every customer the opportunity to purchase during construction,” Triplett says.
