This Guide will help you to select the tickets you want for the sport or the venue you want.

To purchase tickets for the 15th Pacific Games you should follow this Guide carefully.

Each event and location for the Pacific Games has a SESSION CODE number. You must find that SESSION CODE in the centre pages of this form and then write this SESSION CODE down on the Ticket Order Form. Every ticket you wish to purchase must have the SESSION CODE listed on the Ticket Order Form.

The Ticket Order Form is a separate sheet of paper inserted loose inside this Guide. This Form is also available at every ticket outlet.

Ticket outlets can be found at selected BSP branches nationwide.

How to complete a Ticket Order Form

This person wants two tickets for the Rugby League 9’s at Sir John Guise Outdoor Stadium on the 11th July.

Tickets are K20 each so she has to pay K40 for both tickets.

This information needs to be recorded on the Ticket Order Form.

The most important piece of information to write on this form is the SESSION CODE. This CODE tells the ticket seller which venue you want and which date you want to go.

You must also write the QUANTITY of tickets, the UNIT PRICE and the TOTAL PRICE.

Complete the form to purchase tickets for a variety of sports and events. Just list them all on the one form and hand to the ticket sales agent.

packages and sports are coded and correspond to dates and venues.

The terms and conditions listed below will appear on the back of the ticket, and we urge you to take time to read them so you are aware of the

conditions which will ensure you have an enjoyable time in the venues.

1. All tickets are for admission of one person, to only the session(s) as identified on the face of the ticket.

2. All tickets are general admission for specified sections; no numbered seating allocations per ticket.

3. Spectator areas are composed of seating and standing room. General admission ticket bearers are not guaranteed a seated space and may be subject to standing room.

4. Ticket allows bearer unlimited re-entry to the specified session.

5. The right of admission is reserved by PNG 2015 Pacific Games Limited (PNG 2015) and is subject to the ticketing and entry terms and conditions.

6. The bearer acknowledges that in the interests of public health, safety and security, all spectators may be subject to search of person and belongings, as a condition of entry.

7. No refund or replacement on any ticket except in accordance with the ticketing terms and conditions.

8. The bearer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of any items brought by the bearer to a Pacific Games venue. PNG 2015 shall not be liable to the bearer if any such item is lost or stolen.

9. PNG 2015 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, due to any injury which is not directly caused by PNG 2015 while in any Pacific Games venue including any injury caused by a sport object used during competition.

10. No private vehicle parking access at the venue is granted with this ticket.

This Guide will help you to select the tickets you want for the sport or the venue you want.

To purchase tickets for the 15th Pacific Games you should follow this Guide carefully.

Each event and location for the Pacific Games has a SESSION CODE number. You must find that SESSION CODE in the centre pages of this form and then write this SESSION CODE down on the Ticket Order Form. Every ticket you wish to purchase must have the SESSION CODE listed on the Ticket Order Form.

The Ticket Order Form is a separate sheet of paper inserted loose inside this Guide. This Form is also available at every ticket outlet.

Ticket outlets can be found at selected BSP branches nationwide.

How to complete a Ticket Order Form

This person wants two tickets for the Rugby League 9’s at Sir John Guise Outdoor Stadium on the 11th July.

Tickets are K20 each so she has to pay K40 for both tickets.

This information needs to be recorded on the Ticket Order Form.

The most important piece of information to write on this form is the SESSION CODE. This CODE tells the ticket seller which venue you want and which date you want to go.

You must also write the QUANTITY of tickets, the UNIT PRICE and the TOTAL PRICE.

Complete the form to purchase tickets for a variety of sports and events. Just list them all on the one form and hand to the ticket sales agent.
