Distribution area of body pressure, body posture, sleep quality and physiological responses were measured continuously during nocturnal sleep. Psychological responses were evaluated before and after sleep. There were significant differences in the number of limb position changes and the body area touching the mattress. Limb positions changed more frequency in mattress A than in mattress D. The body area touching mattress A was greater than that touching mattress B. The time spent in each body posture during nocturnal sleep, duration spent in each body posture and limb position, maximum body pressure, and sleep quality did not differ significantly among mattresses. ¤ŐïǏ ǕǁǏ̪ǣ½ǖ ůĤƆƯ DŽĤƆƯ Ô ƥ ¤ŐïǏ ŴžÀƿǣ¬ťãúí=¡DŽúí ŹŴƯcÀŹƃŮǣŦŖŹíŦŖŹíƖ }ǣ¬ŦŖ ǛǙŴžǃêĉÁcƑĴ ǛİcǞÀcǛvƯnSŲűa[F\ d=ņ?`ŴžKPs\FrK=ŲűIJ có»cĊNja[F\=íƛŭ=Źíŭ `ńƦKʼn_`Ps\F`F>óĐàc ńƦdƢƾšė]§Ɣª]LjĂũĔ]P srO^KåM=®ÞÀĩKÚǎaPs rck]=īLó»]Erc ƺFd=®ÈÛĪnŲűcưfcĊNjm ĘēPsrKh^w_ńƦPs\F`F> UpY;w ^a`[wLKZge^a ^aQow z jrY;w ^ajr<s>Ot G6.m)+]\.l-Iq0:/,*x ^ajr<sfOt!% & $ & & #'&( ! %" ^a4ic 25 9Es t CdDEBF1XVWA_Fb17NM ^acY;w
