The Orange County Hispanic Education Endowment Fund (HEEF) is dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for Hispanic Youth in Orange County. A group of visionary leaders established an endowment in 1993 to ensure ongoing support to Hispanic students on their path to a college degree. To date, $2.7 million in HEEF
scholarships have been awarded to over 2,200 deserving Hispanic scholars.
