To unite concerned members of the community for a memorable day of Golfing, Fun & Food, for a cause… Proceeds will go towards educational projects in Uruguay

OBJECTIVE

This year we are partnering with Proyecto Florecer, a school founded to address the special needs of children affected with Autism

CAUSE

Needs:–General building updates &renovations–Therapeutic tools such as aspecial pool for aquatictherapy

Autism is a complex developmental disability that typically appears during the first three years of life and affects a person’s ability to learn, communicate and interact with others to varying degrees (functioning to severe cases)

Autism is believed to affect 2%-3% of ALL children (1 in 38-63 children)

There is no known single cause for autism or cure for it, but increased awareness and your support can help families in need today

Funds

• Last year we raised $16,000+

• Total raised to date: $100K+

Participants

• More than 15 companies & 50 players participate each year

Proceeds

• This year, ProyectoFlorecer, a school for children affected with autism
