php bo v mi trng trong sn xut kinh doanh. T chc thanh tra v x l cc
vi phm iu l Cng ty. Bo co kt qu kinh doanh ca cng ty.
Gim c iu hnh: L ngi iu hnh cc hot ng kinh doanh hng ngy ca doanh

Phng Kinh doanh: Thc hin chc nng bn hng, tnh gi thnh, lp k hoch
bn hng t ch tiu doanh s. Nghin cu v xut cc chin lc marketing kch
thch tiu dng.
Phng k ton: Chc nng ch yu ca phng k ton l lp cc bo co ni b theo
quy nh ca cng ty v cc bo co theo yu cu ca ban iu hnh. Thc hin chc
nng thanh ton chuyn tin phc v khch hng. Tng hp s liu k ton, lp bng
cn i k ton, bo co ti chnh, bo co thu theo qui nh ch ti chnh hin hnh

Phng k hoch k thut: Lp cc k hoch sn xut kinh doanh cho cc n v.
xut cc bin php thc hin sn xut kinh doanh v cc ch tiu kinh t k thut
ca n v. Lp cc k hoch ngn, trung v di hn pht trin th trng. Qun l cc
h thng cng ngh k thut sn xut. Nghin cu xut cc gii php cng ngh k

+ Trong nm 2012, TSNH chim t trng 76.24% trn tng ti sn sang nm
2013 gim xung xung cn 51.75%, trong :

tng ti sn, qua nm 2013 l 877,692,332 ng chin t trng 2.25% trong tng
ti sn. Nh vy khon mc ny tng 207,457,174 tng ng tc tng 30,95% tuy
nhin t trng li gim 0,13%.
Tin gi ngn hng nm 2012 c gi tr 2,026,736,460 ng, qua nm 2013
khon mc ny gim mnh cn 304,148,158 ng, mc gim 1,722,588,302 ng tng
ng tc gim 84,99%
Phi thu khch hng gim t 12,285,130,984 ng (chim t trng 43.60% trn
tng ti sn) xung cn 6,095,612,632 ng (chim t trng 15,63% trn tng ti
sn) tng ng tc gim 50.38%. Doanh nghip p dng chnh sch thanh ton sau
cho khch hng, qua nm 2013 thu c hn na s phi thu, tuy nhin cc khon
phi thu > 10% trn tng ti sn l vn cn cao.
Chi ph nguyn vt liu nm 2012 c gi tr 1,727,528,815 ng sang nm
2013 tng ln n 6,455,057,630 ng, mc tng 4,727,528,815 ng tng ng tc
tng 273,66% . Qua 2 nm chi ph nguyn vt liu tng ln gn gp 3 ln.
+ Ti sn di hn chim t trng 23.76% vo nm 2012 nm 2013 ln n 48.25%
trong tng ti sn. Trong :
Ti sn c nh hu hnh c tc tng nhanh qua 2 nm tng t 6,603,756,028 ng
(t trng 23,44% tng ti sn) ln n 17,188,721,390 ng (t trng 44.08% tng
ti sn), mc tng 10,584,965,362 ng tng ng tc c tng 160.29% .

Phn tch c cu ti sn ca cng ty c phn UK c th nhn thy xu hng u t
thm m rng hot ng sn xut kinh doanh nhm thu c li nhun nhiu hn trong
tng lai, iu ny lm cho lng tin gi ngn hng gim xung ng thi ti sn c
nh, khu hao v cc chi ph tr trc di hn tng mnh. S tng ln ch yu l do
mua sn mi v xy dng hon thnh nh ca, vt kin trc, my mc thit b iu ny
hon ton ph hp vi nh hng chin lc pht trin cng ty.

2013 doanh nghip np thu cho nh nc 365,579,662 ng.
Vn ch s hu : chim phn ln trong tng ngun vn nm 2013 c xu hng tng
ln so vi thi im nm 2012. Ti thi im nm 2013 vn ch s hu ca cng ty c
phn ca s UK t mc 30,017,311,061 thay v mc 21,240,828,604 ng thi im
2012, tng 8,776,482,457 t ng tng ng vi tc tng 41.32%. S tng ln vn
ch s hu do li nhun cha phn phi tng ng k vi tc tng 141% ti u t,
trong tng lai c th s tng vn c phn.

ng vn b ra s thu c 41.66 ng li nhun sau thu, con s ny tng vt nm
2012 bi s gia tng ca vn ch s hu v m rng qui m sn xut cung cp sn phm
nhiu hn do hiu qu s dng vn tng ng k. Nm 2013, t s ROA t 25.91% gim

T s ROE o lng mc li nhun trn mc u t ca cc ch s hu. Cn c vo tnh
hnh thc t cng ty ta nhn thy vo nm 2011 bnh qun 100 ng vn ch s hu em
li 0,9 ng sau thu; n nm 2012 bnh qun 100 ng vn ch s hu em li 50.10
ng li nhun sau thu v nm 2013 li nhun sau thu em li t 100 ng vn gim
xung 33.96 ng. Nh vy hot ng ti chnh ca cng ty nm 2012 cao hn nm
2011 v gim vo nm 2013.
T s doanh li doanh thu phn nh t l li nhun sau thu mang li trn
doanh thu thun ca cng ty. Nm 2011 t l ny l 2.34% tc l c 100 ng
doanh thu thun th s c 2.34 ng li nhun. Nm 2012 l 14.69% tc li nhun
thu c l 14.69 trn 100 ng doanh thu thun. Nm 2013 100 ng doanh thu
thun ch em li 10.61 ng li nhun. Doanh li doanh thu nm 2012 cao hn
nm 2011 gn 7 ln chng t hiu qu kinh doanh nm 2012 cao hn nm 2011 sau
khi m rng qui m sn xut , qua nm 2013 t l ny gim bo hiu t trng chi
ph trong doanh thu thun tng.

2.3.3. Ni dung c bn k hoch sn xut
2.3.3.1. K hoch nng lc sn xut:
Sn phm ca cng ty phc thuc vo nhu cu xy dng, trang tr, thay lp cc
sn phm ca nn chu nh hng bi yu t ma v
Mc s dng nng lc sn xut v vic lm ca ngi lao ng khng n nh:
Vo nhng thng cao im, nhu cu tng cao buc phi sn xut tng ca v lm
thm gi.
Vo nhng thng nhu cu gim, nh my c th gin cng.
2.3.3.2. K hoch nhn cng trong phn xng sn xut:

Thi gian lao ng: vic s dng thi gian lao ng cng ty khng ch ph
thuc vo mc ch ca cng ty m cn phi thc hin ng theo qui nh ca nh nc v
ch lm vic cho ngi lao ng. Qun trin ng ni dung trn, cng ty c phn ca
s UK v ang thc hin cng tc qun l thi gian lao ng nh sau: i vi cng
nhn trc tip sn xut th t chc theo ca : 1 ngy 8 ting.
Ngoi ra vo cc ngy l theo qui nh ca nh nc th cng nhn vin c ngh

2.3.3.3. K hoch ch o sn xut:
Vo nhng giai on v ma sn xut, cn b qun l ch o, n c cc phn xng x
nghip hon thnh ng tin . Ln k hoch tng ca nu cn thit.
Nhng giai on nhu cu thp, b tr dn cng, m bo vic lm cho cng
nhn
Ty theo tng giai on trong nm m cng ty b tr thi gian lm vic ca
cng nhn ph hp nhm t ng tin ca cng trnh.
2.3.3.4. K hoch nhu cu sn xut:

Xc nh nh mc NVL l lng NVL ti a sn xut mt n v sn phm hoc hon thnh

hoch. Theo thng k kinh nghim trong qu trnh sn xut qua cc nm, tnh
ton thng s yu cu k thut, Cng ty rt ra c nh mc tiu hao NVL
+ i vi sn phm c nh mc: S lng sn phm x nh mc tiu hao cho mt loi
sn phm
+ i vi cc loi sn phm cha c inh mc th dng phng php gin tip: mc
tiu hao NVL k trc x h s tng sn lng k k hoch.
+ Cng ty sn xut nhiu loi sn phm, mi loi sn phm c nh mc tiu hao
NVL khc nhau.
H thng thu mua tn kho:
+ phc v cho qu trnh sn xut kinh doanh, doanh nghip s dng nhiu
loi NVL khc nhau.
+ Khi c n t hng, cng ty mi gi n mua hng n cc cng ty i tc theo ng
s lng yu cu.
2.3.3.5. K hoch tin sn xut:
Sau khi xc nh nhu cu ca khch hng v s lng v kt cu, c tnh ca mt
hng , phng k thut tnh ton lng nguyn vt liu cn dng da trn nh mc
nguyn vt liu sn xut, sau khi c ph duyt tin hnh a cho b phn k ton
kim tra s lng NVL tn kho sau tin hnh mua NVL cho sn xut
Qun c phn xng b tr lch trnh sn xut ti u nht nhm tit kim chi ph v
giao hng ng hn.
Mi sn phm khc nhau c qui trnh lp rp v gia cng khc nhau tin sn
xut khc nhau.

2.3.4. Nhn xt chung v cng tc lp k hoch sn xut:
Vi i ng lao ng lnh ngh, my mc hin i nhp t Chu u ton b cc thao tc
c t ng ha v chnh xc, rt ngn thi gian sn xut, tng cht lng mang li
doanh thu v li nhun ln cho cng ty. K hoch sn xut ca cng ty kh tt,
gip cng ty m bo giao hng ng thi hn v t cht lng cao.
2.4. Phn tch cng tc k ton ti cng ty:
2.4.1. C cu t chc b my k ton:
B my t chc k ton c t chc theo kiu trc tuyn chc nng, k ton trng
iu hnh trc tip cc nhn vin khng thng qua trung gian. Ton b cng tc k
ton c thc hin tp trung ti phng k ton ca cng ty. Hnh thc t chc cng
tc ny thun tin cho vic ch o nghip v v m bo s lnh o trung thng nht
ca ban lnh o cng ty.

Th kho: Theo di, ghi chp vo s sch mi khi c hng nhp kho, xut kho
thc t chi tit theo tng vt t, hng ha v tng i tng s dng (khng quan tm
n vic hch ton k ton nh th no). Chng t nhp/xut kho sau khi c lp s c
chuyn ln cho k ton kho (hoc k ton mua hng) dng lm cn c hch ton vo
cc s sch k ton lin quan.

chung c thc hin theo cc bc sau:

chung (hoc s Nht k chung v cc s Nht k c bit sau khi loi tr s trng
lp trn cc s Nht k c bit) cng k.
2.4.3. Phn loi chi ph doanh nghip:

3.1. nh gi chung:
Cng ty c phn ca s UK mc d l mt cng ty mi thnh lp nhng Cng ty hot
ng c s phn cng nhim v, cng vic r rng gia cc phng ban, trnh chng cho
cc cng vic. Cng ty bc u i hot ng n nh v c xu hng tng trng trong tng
lai.
3.1.1. Nhng u im:
Sn phm ca cng ty t cht lng cao, kiu dng p, trang nh. Cng ty c s
u t v my mc thit b v ngun nguyn vt liu u vo cht lng bo m cung cp n
tay khch hng nhng sn phm p ng y cc tiu ch m khch hng ra.
Doanh thu ca cng ty nm sau cao hn nm trc, chng t cng ty hot ng
kinh doanh t hiu qu, s dng ngun vn hp l, t l li nhun sinh ra trn vn
u t cao.
Cng ty c cung cch lm vic chuyn nghip, phc v khch hng tn tnh, chu
o. C cc u i cho khch hng thn thit v chit khu i vi khch hng mua s
lng ln cho cc d n, cng trnh ln.
3.1.2. Nhng hn ch:
Bn cnh nhng u im, cng ty cn c nhng hn ch cn khc phc trong tng
