The boiler is fully insulated including flue gas collector with 100mm rock wool insulation. The casing is made of structuredaluminum plate, thickness 1mm. Sockets and cuttings are nicelyframed.

Description
Delivery
The pressure body is completely insulated with a primer. Theinsulation is fixed at the factory and connection openings are raincovered. Burner armatures and control panel are either mountedon the boiler or packed loosely in a separate box. Assembling ofboiler and wiring can be done at site by a local contractor resp.customer.
Industrial Steam Boiler
The Hoval high output steam boilers are made of high quality steeland are distinguished by their solid, robust and flexible construction,particularly by their operational ease, their easy maintenance andan optimal efficiency. The client receives an economical,environment friendly compact unit, ready for installation. Theboilers are constructed for oil- or gasfiring.The construction and manufacturing of the boilers is doneaccording to TRD. The local oficial approval and inspection iscarried out by TÜV or an independent test authority. The ISO 9001certification and the quality approval at our factory with our Hovalquality performance departement with works certificate guaranteethe highest product quality.
Type THD-I E
The type THD-I E classical 3 pass flame tube flue gas tube boilerwith an asymetric flame tube and an inner completely watercooled flue gas turning chamber guarantees high efficiency. Theboiler consists of a cylindric shell, the two headplates, the flametubeincluding the back flue gas turning chamber with water cooledfinned tube wall, the two flue gas passes and the fitting tube,placed either on the right (standard) or on the left. The burner ismounted on a fireproof plate. The boiler door is warmth insulatedand flue gas tight for burner mounting and rests hinged opposedto the fitting tube. The boiler is completely electrically welded andprovided with all required inspection openings.The spacious flame tube with low thermal charges results in anexellent combustion and reduces emissions. The large watercontent secures an even boiler running time and thus reduces thenumber of boiler starts.
Feed Water quality
Local feed- and boilerwater regulations have to be followed andwaste water regulations have to be payed attention to. Hovalsteam boilers up to max. 22 bar.

Due to the above technical facts an efficiency of up to 89%, up to95% with economicer, can be achieved. Thus continuos fuel costsare kept low. The sources of energy are used more efficiently andHoval spares the environment.
Control Panel
The electro control panel for the Hoval boiler is equipped with therequired control units and indicators for control and supervisionof boiler and burner. The operation and alarm reports are shownas fault indication. The control panel will be made upon customerrequirements and depending on burner to be used.
