DEPARTMENTAL
AMBASSADORS
Being an Ambassador has
allowed me to represent the
University and Department
and explain to both parent
and students the reason I
chose Sheffield over other
universities.
The scheme provides me
with opportunities to meet
new people and challenge
myself in situations I would
not ordinarily find myself in.
For example I have helped
to calm down very nervous
applicants before they go for
their interviews.
In addition to this I have
seen the university from a
different angle and it has
helped me to think about
what I want to do when I
graduate.
