1. INTRODUCTION :Lifting heavy bags is one of the most commonly
faced difficulty by students and kids in todays world. School going
children prefer taking less books or make their parents carry their
bags due to its heavy weight. The ultimate aim of this project is
not only to reduce the difficulty of carrying heavy weight but also
to bring wheels under the foot to reduce walking over long
distance. The Three in one Backpack scooter is a machine which is
inbuilt with bags and provides the following three advantages: Acts
as backpack to carry the load Acts as long board or trolley Acts as
scooter1.1 SOCIAL RELEVANCEThis project is environmental friendly
as it does not produce any harmful gases. The bag is washable. It
can be reused and the plastic material used for the components can
be recycled after breakage. Though the product can be used as
scooter for short distances it does not use any external
non-renewable energy or fuel to drive the vehicle. It is manually
pushed by human foot and this force is used to drive the wheels to
move over a distance. 1.2 INNOVATIONIn the recent days the children
are getting attracted to the new launches which reduces their
difficulties. This hybrid backpack scooter is designed with an
innovative idea of making it as a vehicle which reduces the
difficulty of carrying the load as well as walking with it. The
basic idea is to combine the skateboard and the trolley design to
make it as a multipurpose product.

By combining and implementing the mechanisms of products in the
images shown above, the hybrid backpack scooter can be made
available in the market to increase the use of it and reduce the
difficulty of carrying the load. The life prolongs over a long
period of time by using the alloy wheels which can support the load
without any deformation and produce rolling motion. These wheels
are fixed so that the product can be used as both trolley as well
as vehicle.
1.3 MARKET SURVEY AND NEED The need of bags are much high for
various purposes in day to day life. The students and kids would
easily get attracted to this product and the sales would definitely
be high as there are no harmful effects or disadvantages. Once the
product is made available in market the new trend would be set and
by seeing each other people would definitely go for this buy. 1.4
PRODUCT FEASIBILITY The designing and fabrication parts includes
simple working mechanisms and does not involve any complicated
ideas, thereby making this product extremely feasible for
manufacturing. The components requires for the fabrication process
are readily available in the market and there is no demand for it,
which makes the work easier.

2. CONCLUSIONIn developing countries such as India where
education is given much importance, due to its population size and
growth, the hybrid backpack scooter would definitely be loved by
many people and soon become a new trend among the youngsters of the
country. The highlights of this product includes the multipurpose
features aiming in reducing the difficulty of carrying heavy loads
and walking for long distances.
