5 goal The purpose of this project was to take something completely abstract and make it into something real and tangible. This was accomplished through experimentation with the many different 3D objects created from the 2D shape found on a Skittles candy wrapper design principles The principles in designing the structures in my models involved unity and variation. Unity can be seen through repetition of the long vertical bars and other shapes on the buildings tying the structures together. However, variety and interest was added to the site by the great differences in the heights of the struc- tures.
