OutagesThis page summaries all the latest refinery

outages globally. The page lists the key outage information along with an aggregated data view

and links to relevant news stories.

TendersEnables easy search of the tender database using

any of the following criteria: Tender Type/Status, Fuel Group, Grade, Buy/Sell, Issuer, Loading

Dates, Counterparty, Close of Tender.

RefineryThis will display the summary page of a selected

refinery or operating company. From this page you can also search for refineries using the

search functionality.See “Refinery Summary” on next page.

Quick and easy navigationClick on the map to drill down and understand

outage details by selected regions and individual countries.

Oil FlowsProvides a view of oil flows (imports/exports) across a range of crude and refined products by location with history dating back to 2005.

Interactive Map is the most direct visual way to see the key factors that affect the commodities supply chain and impact prices, giving you an instant understanding and unhindered insight. View infrastructure, analyze production and output, monitor performance and track key impact factors, such as weather and freight.

NAVIGATING THE MAPTo access Interactive Map, simply open a new Flex Document and select Add Other > Interactive Map.

SearchNew asset search: clear all filters and search

across all assetsRefine current view: search within visible view

Go to location: stearch the Microsoft Bing location database and move the map to the

selected location

Select an asset in the map view to see details.

Data sets with more than 300 items in the current view are clustered, showing a count

per region (seas, waypoints and ports for vessels; continents, countries and states/

regions for other assets). Zoom in, or filter the data set via the Configure menu, to see

individual assets.

Add commentary, send an image of the map by email, or send via RM.

Save an image of the current view.

Map view (default view, shown in screenshot).

Standard map pan and zoom controls. You can also click-and-drag the map to pan, and double-click to zoom.

Export all assets in the current view to Excel.
