WINE TASTING
THOMAS’S BACHROSÉ | SAUVIGNON BLANC | PINOT GRIS | PINOT NOIRStart off in Gisborne with this beautiful and vibrant pink 2018 Thomas’s Bach Rosé Candied apple, raspberry liquorice, juicy sliced watermelon, and red cherries. Mouth-wateringly delicious!Shoot over to Marlborough to enjoy a kiwi classic 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, filled with intense aromas of passionfruit florals, sweet pink guavas, ripe gooseberries and tangy lime. Then pop back to Gisborne to enjoy this gently luscious 2017 Pinot Gris, notes of pear, white peach, rose petals, honeysuckle and lychee. Finally landing in Martinborough to warm up to a light fruity 2018 Pinot Noir. This is our winemaker’s personal wine label 2017 Dan Struckman Petite Pinot Noir. Red cherry, raspberry and subtle baking spices on the nose with a lacy finish.

months in French Oak . Fresh lemon, yellow grapefuit, a flinty minerality, and finishes with a creamy white peach.
The 2016 vintage was a challenging year with heavy rains. Hard work persevered and we brought in the Syrah
and made a wine with wild rose, dark-red berry fruit, chalky minerality and dried herbs on the nose. The bright
