For the 100cc and 125cc catego-ries it is recommended by themanufacturer to slightly loosenthe seat support bracket bolts(see figure 1), it is also recom-mended that the steering rodposition be repositioned (seefigure 2), thereby enhancing thechassis stability and grip.

After Race Chassis Revisions:Varify that the frame has sustai-ned no damages, brakes, cracks,traumas which may effect thechassis performance properties.It is also imperative that the axlebearings are regulary cleaned foroptimum performance.It is also recommended that thefront spindles/stub-axles arecontrolled to insure that theyreflect the original degree angleinclination (for this procedure westrongly advise the use Sniperslaser guilded alignment tool).Periodic control checks should bemade to the brake oil levels andbrake pads to ensure the properfunction of the brake system.
Recommended oil: Ferodo DOT 4
Revisions to the brake system:Substitute brake seals after 20 –25 hours of use, change oil afterevery 15 hours of use, alwaysmake sure that the cylinder isperfectly smooth and withoutany surface imperfections.
