• Complete FMU Admissions Application (Non-refundable $25 application fee) FEE WAIVERS ACCEPTED!

• Official High School transcripts sent electronically or mailed in a sealed envelope

• Official scores for SAT (code: 5217) or ACT (code: 0730) sent directly from collegeboard.org or actstudent.org or email directly to [email protected] for placement and assessment ONLY!

• Official college transcripts (dual enrollment), if courses were taken

Once admission is offered, scholarship invitations will be sent to eligible students. Scholarship applications must be completed and submitted to the Admissions Office by December 1st. Scholarships are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Presidential Scholarship 4.0 (un-weighted and recalculation of core GPA) and/or valedictorian of the student’s respective high school. The awardee may be eligible to receive a full tuition, room and board scholarship.

Blue (Full Tuition Scholarship)3.6 - 3.9 (un-weighted and recalculation of core GPA) may qualify a student for FMU’s full tuition scholarship.

Orange (Partial Scholarship)3.4 - 3.59 (un-weighted and recalculation of core GPA) may qualify a student for FMU’s partial scholarship.

Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship 3.0 GPA with a minimum of 24 transferable credit hours may qualify a student for a one time FMU Scholarship.
