HOW ITALL STARTED
In 2010, we have identified three basic corporate needs in learning and development:
• A more facilitative and participatory approach
• A regional cultural and contextual understanding
• A tailor-making mindset & approach
With that in mind, mynditude® embarked on its first trip in 2011.
Since then, mynditude® engaged with 15,000+ individuals in more than 23 countries, innovated its own signature programs, enjoyed lasting partnerships and spread beyond training & coaching.
In line with our core purpose to “Create Experiences to Grow Beyond”, mynditude® is currently active in five main areas.

4- MEETING FACILITATION

5- 1-ON-1 COACHING
Beyond the recent wave that stripped “coaching” of its real meaning, mynditude®’s 1-on-1 executive coaching approach is deep, long-term, objective-led and typically non-directional.

BESPOKEPROGRAMS
Meet mynditude®, your new tailor…
Fitting our partners’ exact context and needs is our forte.
Tailor making runs deep in our belief as it embodies the real meaning of partnering when it comes to learning and development.
We don’t believe in pre-packaged off-the-shelf solutions.
For mynditude®, it’s more than an approach. It’s a philosophy and a process

THE mynditude®
SIGNATURE PROGRAMS
Since its inception, mynditude® decided not to offer off-the-shelf standard programs and at the same time, chose not to reinvent the wheel. This means:
• observe and learn from what has been done throughout history and geography,
• always keep our eyes open to new tools and concepts,
• learn from our partners’ ongoing business needs,
• keep trying new things and pushing the limits,
• … and then create our own interpretation & footprint.
The result: a continuous research & development culture that invents new innovative programs, material and delivery methods.
We call them the mynditude® Signature Programs.

YOKO
Team Osmosis® is not a training workshop. It is a real journey that concretely breaks silos, increases trust, and induces open productive engagement, from all individual parties moving towards becoming
one, agile, result-oriented element.
Never have two Team Osmosis® programs played out the same. Preparation and discussion topics are 100% based on the realities,
challenges and opportunities of the specific team, company, industry and geographical positioning at hand - and the developed action plan
forward, is always unique.

DELEGATE the THINKING
WORKSHOP
“I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think” - Socrates
True leaders inspire their people to think deeper, identify and seize opportunities, and solve problems on their own. The real challenge, though, is to ditch old habits of dictating to people what needs to be done all the time, as opposed to offering a platform of creative and
independent thinking when the situation allows for it.
Delegate the Thinking® is a leadership coaching skills program that transforms managerial direction to bring the best out of the talent pool,
especially in a time of growing generation gaps.
Fit for Business® is a different workshop altogether. Participants go on an exceptional 2-day journey, where the individual is set at the center.
This experience is filled with active reflection, discussion, fun, laughter, exercise, dance, team bonding, personal planning, commitment and
quite a few light bulbs.
The workshop tackles four dimensions of personal energy: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.
FIT FORBUSINESS
WORKSHOP
I Like You and I Am Not Like You® is an opportunity to explore self and others’ awareness. This program brings about an appreciation of real diversity based on judgment-free understanding and higher productivity. Some previous participants have called the workshop:
“Awareness on Steroids”.
According to the objectives, the context, and sometimes the partner’s global preference of using one tool or another, we use the MBTI®
or the Insights Discovery® Model.

Business partnering WORKSHOP
Emotions are not the enemy, they are assets – learn how to manage them.
Our emotions are our allies. In order to make the best out of this partnership, we should develop a collaboration protocol; The Emotional
Protocol®. This workshop reinforces a skillset of understanding the impact of managing our own and others’ emotions in decision making
processes. The Emotional Protocol® tackles five main areas: self perception, self expression, interpersonal relationships, decision making, and stress
management.

EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL
Collaboration has been advocated for so long, but what does it practically mean beyond the “We” vs. “Me”? The current VUCA
world is making “internal and external partnering” more crucial for the sustainability and competitiveness of any organization that is
looking to grow beyond sporadic and occasional individual initiatives.
Business Partnering doesn’t stop at merely advocating the “why’s” of collaboration. It covers the fundamental belief system of internal and
external agents and consultants, it lays out and trains on the skills needed as well as the process and tools.

StorySellingWORKSHOP
People are all born equal in creativity; they either hone their skill to decipher their creative process, or they dwell thinking they will lead a
life of implementing someone else’s idea. There is an increasing need for creativity in the workplace, and mynditude® has embarked on a delightful
journey to explore innovation as a subject.
The research findings were phenomenal and very encouraging.
The Design Thinking workshop is another practical experience that challenges and finally refutes the idea that creativity is an innate skill given
to a select few; to then guide individuals and organizations to becoming more innovative, in a practical sense.

WORKSHOP
Humans have a love affair with stories. Whether we like it or not, we buy stories rather than products, ideas and services.
There is a rising awareness of the effect of storytelling in the corporate world, especially in influencing, leading and selling.
mynditude® has developed the Storyselling® workshop aiming to make way for the storyteller within each one of us, to solidify its impact
across sales, leadership, management and more.
Storyselling® takes communication to a whole new level.

TEAM EVENTSAND SIMULATIONS
mynditude® holds ideation, engagement and relevance as the most important principles when creating a team event.
For kick-off meetings, trust building and other objectives, we always deliver an event that is new, out of the ordinary, memorable and surely effective, that will fire up the participants and get the message across.
These are examples of some of our tailor-made events.
An Afternoon at the Theme ParkSub-teams create different rides that would ideally belong to one big consolidated theme park, with coordination and communication guidelines and tools.
Dance ItEngaging body and mind through a thinking process while injecting performance dancing in teams, to create choreographies.
Act ItStarting with fast and fun workshops to learn storytelling, performance acting and sound effects, different teams go on to create and perform theater plays.
LEGO® Serious Play®
A systematic method that enables people to use LEGO® bricks to solve problems, explore ideas and achieve objectives through a struc-tured thinking process, building and telling stories, to develop shared understanding on a certain issue at hand.

MEETINGFACILITATION
For internal meetings like strategy & planning, route-to-market optimization, survey discussions and the likes, inviting a professional external facilitator increases the productivity and focus of the event for several reasons:
• Objective leadership of the discussions
• Speaking up encouragement and safety setting
• Preparation, process and results
• Time and energy management
• The right questions at the right time
• … and much more

1-ON-1COACHING
A recent wave of neo-coaching approaches has stripped ‘coaching’ of its real meaning.
One of the main challenges that persists today, is focus. Priorities have succumbed to distraction and we have developed a longing for personalized individual focus.
mynditude®’s performance-focused one-on-one coaching brings back a much-needed emphasis on organizational and individual goals, challenges and aspirations through a deep-structured journey to actually achieve set objectives.
