As your representative we work on a flexible or fixed fee, determined by the scope of our service. We ensure your best interest by helping you manage risk, quality and efficiency for a smooth and successful building experience, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between all parties involved while you, not the General Contractor, realize the cost saving benefits that will more than offset our fees.

With THINKLEANBUILDING solutions M J Mor Builder (MJMB) offers comprehensive services to our clients tailored to meet the particular needs of the project. This can be from the conceptual design phase, where MJMB would assist the client in assembling the design team; the construction phase where MJMB would assist and guide the client thru the permitting process, the selection of trade contractors, material suppliers, building department inspections and close-out. When the client already has a design team in place MJMB would complement the team by adding our expertise in construction methods and value engineering. And in either case, MJMB provides you with preliminary budgeting, planning, scope management, project scheduling, p r o j e c t m o n i t o r i n g , a n d r e p o r t i n g .

Accountability We a d v i s e y o u a n d represent your interest only. We work directly for you, the client. Over the course of the project, we offer suggestions and recommendations to you for your consideration; y o u m a k e t h e f i n a l decisions.

Visibility You are guaranteed access to the project records, including project cost status, at any time during the p r o j e c t . A t t h e completion, these r e c o r d s w i l l b e turned over to you.

Cost Savings With an agreed upon fixed fee or a fee as a percentage of the project cost, independent of the construction cost, all cost savings that are realized during construction will accrue to you, the Owner, not become part of a general contractor’s profit; cost savings that will more than offset our fees.

Mittry Mor, President of M J Mor Builder, Inc. started working in construction as a grunt in 1978. With a passion to build, he began his career in 1984, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University School of Engineering. Mittry’s educational and professional background awarded him the opportunity to be involved on numerous high profile projects, (The Peninsula Hotel, LAX, Los Angeles Times to name a few), for leading commercial building contractors as an estimator, field project engineer and project manager, expanding his knowledge and field experience in the commercial construction industry. In 1991 he took his career to a new level by forming M J Mor Builder, successfully completing projects from 5000 sf custom homes to high end remodels and improvements. Mittry's education and considerable practical commercial on site experience contributes a level of excellence and knowledge serving as an invaluable partner, working with our clients to provide comprehensive cost and project controls to accomplish the goals of the project and our clients. Mittry also shares a passion for family, fishing and golf.
