A bit about ME

My name is Linda Armstrong. “I am in love with the Law of Attraction!”

There is no other way to say it. I’ve been applying the Law of Attraction in my life and

have seen wonderful results. It was a real eye opener when I realized that I could control

my life with my thoughts! This is a wonderful world that we live in and I am so happy to

see that so many people are learning about Law of Attraction every day. When you start

paying attention to your thoughts and the emotions and feelings that those thoughts give,

you start to realize how this Law really works. Before long you will see that you do have

the power to control your life with your thoughts. We truly are what we think!

I am a very creative person at core. I’ve always been interested in creating, be it through

artwork, recently mosaics, home decor, landscaping and gardening among other things.

I worked in Advertising for a long time as a Graphic Artist and Art Director. At the same

time, as a matter of interest, I had started taking karate. As the Universe had it all planned,

I met and married my karate instructor and now we teach karate at our dojo (karate

school). I have since earned a Third Degree Black Belt in Kimura Shukokai Karate.

Given my love for the Law of Attraction and having seen amazing results personally in

my life, I decided that I wanted to use my creativity with Coaching, to help others, by

teaching and guiding them on how to apply this law. I am simply delighted to be a Law of

Attraction Life Coach. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you as you

embark on your journey to discover how you can Think-Feel-Live your life to fulfill all

of your dreams and desires.

I’ve written this book to help guide those who want to learn more about how to

start using the Law of Attraction in their lives.

THINK – The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction says: “that which is like unto itself is drawn”, or “Like attracts Like”.

Another way of saying it is: “birds of a feather flock together”. That is the foundation of

the law. You see, our thoughts are like magnets, they attract all things that match the

thought. All of our thoughts give off vibrations. Vibrations send out a frequency, a wave of

energy. Things that vibrate at a certain frequency will tune into a complimentary frequency.

Sort of like radio waves. You cannot dial your radio to 95.5 FM and receive 770 AM, those

frequencies don’t match up and cannot be tuned in.

What you are focused on is what you will draw in to you. So, if you are focused on what

you want you will draw in what you want, the same is true if you focus on what you don’t

want. You will draw in what you do not want. Fortunately, the next law that works with

the Law of Attraction is the Law of Deliberate Creation, where you start to deliberately

think your thoughts along with feelings the emotions that align with those thoughts. This is

where FEEL comes into play. And then there is the Law of Allowing, when you truly

appreciate where you are and the things that are around you. This is where LIVE comes

in. These three laws work together to bring you all that you want to create in your life.

That is where the fun begins to show up in your life experience. I will go over each of

these laws and give examples of how I have used them to create things that I wanted in my

life. This is how I came to the title of this book, THINK – FEEL – LIVE.

So when you think about your thoughts and start dissecting them to some degree you will

start to see why you are attracting the things you are living. If you notice young children

and listen to their dreams you see that they totally know they can have what they want.

They don’t consider that obstacles can or will get in their way to keep their dreams from

becoming a reality. They know that when they grow up they will be an Astronaut or a

Movie Star, a Famous Singer, or a Millionaire etc. There is no doubt, that’s just the way it is.

They are thinking and feeling with their hearts and not their heads. They are listening to

that little voice inside them that says “you can do or become or have anything you want in

life”. Unfortunately, as we grow older we are bombarded with all the reasons why that

can’t happen for us. People around us will point out all the difficulties that can come up

and prevent this dream from becoming a reality. Those people are well meaning and think

that they are helping us not knowing that they are really hindering us. The result is that we

no longer trust that voice inside of us we start to doubt our intuition.

THINK ABOUT MONEY

To give an example, one that in most cases will make perfect sense. Think about money.

We all want to have a lot of money. Having a lot of money will make it a lot easier to

have many of the things that you desire, right? But if you do not now have a lot of money,

or have never had a lot of money, what are your thoughts around money? To have a lot

of money you have to really believe that you can have a lot of money, you have to be

excited about the thought of money. You have to appreciate people who have a lot of

money. You need to look at that sports car you want and feel like YES, I can get the

money for that! Most of us get a little tense when we think of money. A little worried,

maybe a little fearful. Do you feel worried, happy, angry, possibly sad, when you think

about money? If you feel any negative emotions about money you will not be able to

attract an abundance of it into your life. The good news is that once you learn how to

work with these laws you will be able to attract more money into your life. It is law, like

attracts like. Good thoughts about money will attract money. You will change your

vibration around money so that you are vibrating to the abundance of money. You must

have a friend or family member who is always thin, maybe even yourself. Never gains too

much weight. Is always at a perfect weight. Those people don’t ever think about being

overweight. They have the skinny vibe down pat. Some in fact can’t gain weight even if

they try. I know a lot of people like this.

I HAVE TAKEN ON THE SKINNY VIBE

I have recently taken on the skinny vibe. I rode the rollercoaster of being thin then gaining

weight, then getting thin and then gaining weight. I am happy to say that I no longer ride

that rollercoaster. I achieved my new skinny vibe with the Law of Attraction. I have

changed my belief system around weight. You see a belief is just a thought that you keep

thinking. Change your thoughts about your weight and you will change your belief. If you

change your beliefs around weight you can achieve your ideal body. There are tools that I

used to achieve this. I’ll tell you more about how I did this later on in the book. I’ll give you

the link to a meditation CD that really helped me to change my thoughts about my ideal

body weight. I lost 25lbs. I didn’t do this by working out more. I already work out a lot.

My Husband and I have our own Karate School. I teach Karate, practice Karate and also

give Kickboxing and Kettlebell Classes. I used the Law of Attraction to accomplish my new

body. It was my thoughts that did all the work.

So to illustrate this further: If you think about your Dream Home, what are you thinking?

What are your thoughts vibrating to. Are you worried about being able to afford it, are

you feeling lack, are you sad when you think of it? Or, are you excited? Are you picturing

how you will furnish it, landscape it? Planning parties in your mind? Can you guess how

likely you are to receive it based on your thoughts? So now you know that if you can keep

your thoughts on the positive side you will live your dream. It’s all a matter of how much

you believe that you can really have it. And then if you really believe it can happen you will

be inspired to all sorts of actions to take in order to acquire it. You will be surprised that

when you hold only good positive thoughts about owning a new home ideas will pop up

that will point out to you how it is possible. But, if you are feeling like it is so far out of

reach and that there is no way that you can see how it can happen for you. You will not

live that dream. Good news, even if you cannot figure out how it can become a reality, as

long as you feel good about the dream, and can imagine living in your dream, the universal

energy will guide you to all sorts of things that will bring you to that dream home of yours.

I have done this. I actually was creating purchasing my dream home without even knowing

about the Law of Attraction. I learned of the law as the process of buying my dream home

came about. I’ll tell you all about that in detail in another chapter as well.

I’m sure you can think of people you know who live their vibration. Look at the really

successful people you know. What are they always talking about? Do they speak with

enthusiasm? Can you notice in what they say and how they act that they are living what

they think about? Then also look at someone who is always having a tough time. What are

they always speaking about? How do they act? Can you feel the vibration they give off? I

know some people who when they walk into a room the energy gets sucked out. I hate to

say it, but it is true. You can feel what people are vibrating too. You can even see it in

their demeanor. I bet as you start to notice this you will see more evidence of the Law of

Attraction. It’s time to start realizing how you do control your life with your thoughts.

Don’t spend any time speaking about the things you do NOT want, rather spend time

speaking of the things you DO want.

UNIVERSAL ENERGY AND THE UNIVERSAL MANAGER

You’ll want to start trusting that the Universal Energy can and will help you in acquiring

your dreams. The Universal Energy is the Law of Attraction. You can think of that energy

as your Universal Manager . So as you think of a desire, imagine that you have this

manager who will do what ever it takes to make sure that this task gets done. Expect that

this manager is so good at his job that he will definitely make it happen. There are times

when I get a bit overwhelmed because I have so much to do. Well, I will literally say to

myself: “Somehow this will all get done, not sure how, but I’m not going to worry about it,

I know the Manager will help me get it done.” And I can’t tell you how many times this has

helped me. Sometimes in a simple way, out of nowhere my Husband or Son will take on

doing something that I thought I would have to do. They just start doing it without my

even asking. That’s the Universe answering my request. Sometimes I’ll receive some

inspiration, a solution just pops into my mind. I could be doing something unrelated to the

thing I’m trying to accomplish, and here comes my solution. You must have had this happen

yourself. It could come in a dream. My favorite is while I’m in the shower, sometimes while

driving, watching TV, really anytime, anywhere. One time I was having a huge barbeque

and needed to get my flower beds weeded and mulched. I didn’t have the money at that

time to have my Gardener do it. So I was trying to figure out where I would find the time

and the motivation to go out and weed all the beds myself. But, I just decided not to

worry. I decided that the barbeque will be a huge success, that somehow I’ll make it all

work out. I decided give it up to the Manager. That was all I did, I just decided that the

manager will figure it out for me. Well, it was two days later, my Landscaper showed up

with a big truck and dumped all the mulch in my driveway and then they went on the

weed all the beds and place all the mulch. I almost couldn’t believe it. I went out to him to

tell him that I didn’t have the money together yet, and he said no problem, pay me when

you can. Boy, that Manager is good!

A QUICK EXCERCISE

Take some time now to think about your dreams. Write them down on a piece of paper.

Next to each desire write your thoughts on if you think you can achieve them. Be honest

with yourself. Don’t worry if you start to notice that your thoughts around the dream are

on the negative side. This is the first step to realizing where you are and what you might

be attracting. Then if you wrote any negative leaning thoughts you can now just reach for a

slightly better thought. Don’t write a thought that you really don’t believe. But, if you write

a slightly better thought and then another slightly better thought, before you know it, you

will have written quite a few thoughts on how you can achieve your dream.

Also, you need to know that where you are right now in life, whether it be in a really good

place or in a not so good place, it is OK. And it can only get better. All of your life

experience has brought you to this point. The point at which you are ready to become a

“Deliberate Thinker” and will now start creating the rest of your life deliberately and not by

default. Because now you know that you control your life with your thoughts. So all you

have to do is to choose thoughts that feel better and you will be creating the life you

desire. The Law of Attraction exists whether you believe in it or not, like the Law of

Gravity, it just exists.

You might be able to think of people you know who are always getting in accidents. Who

are always jumping from one bad relationship to another, are always struggling with their

money. Those patterns will continue unless they change the way they think, which in turn

will change their vibration and only then will they start to change their lives for the better.

Funny thing is that if you start to explain to those people how this law works, they may not

be ready to hear it. Not everyone is ready to accept that they have the power within

them to create their ultimate life. Many times I will be asked for advice from someone who

has been struggling in life. And you would think that this information about the Law of

Attraction would help them. But, not always, if they are not ready to hear it, it won’t be

heard. Some people do not and cannot believe that they created those things in life that

they have experienced and did not want. They will say: “I know I did not ask for this.”

And they may not have used words to ask for and receive the bad experience, but they did

create it by DEFAULT. The negative thoughts that you have over time will create negative

situations in your life. This is why you must become a Deliberate Thinker.

The fact that you are reading my book means that you are totally ready to have fun with

the Law of Attraction because it really is just that, FUN. I am in love with the Law of

Attraction! I wish I knew about this when I was a teenager. Life would have been so much

different. But, I came to it when I was ready for it, same as you. This information is not

new. If you read the free e-books that came along with this book you will see that they

were written in the early 1900s. Others long ago were writing about this law hoping to

help people to start living the life of their dreams.

My Every Thought Is Attracting It’s Vibrational Essence...

Whether you are thinking about wanted things or

unwanted things, you are still sending out a “request”

to attract more things like the subject of your thought.

And all things that happen to you - all people,

things, experiences, situations that come to you

- come in response to your Vibrational invitation.

Noticing how things are turning out for you is one

very clear way of understanding which Vibrational

requests you are emanating, because you always

get the essence of what you are thinking about,

whether you want it or not.

FEEL – The Law of Deliberate Creation

The Law of Deliberation is being consciously aware of the way you feel, and deliberately

guiding your thoughts toward those that feel better and better. You need to choose the

thoughts that FEEL better. When you become more aware of the thoughts you are

thinking, you will also be aware of the feelings that those thoughts are bringing you. As

long as those thoughts feel good to you, you will be bringing good things into your life.

You are a creator. You create with every thought you have. Often times you create by

default. You are getting what you are thinking about. Look around at what you are living.

If you are living things that you don’t really want, those things are being created by default.

All you need to do is change the story your telling, whether it be out loud or in your mind

by deliberately thinking of what you want. Notice when someone asks you: “How are you

doing today” what is your answer? Do you give an enthusiastic GREAT, or do you say

something that leans negative. Notice how you answer that question when it comes up.

LISTEN TO THE VOICE INSIDE YOU

We’ll call that voice inside you, your Inner Being, the larger part of you, the part of you that

is connected to the Universe, your soul. Your inner being is your guide. If you are feeling

any negative emotion, this is your inner voice letting you know that what you are thinking

about is not something that you want. To be deliberate in your thoughts you only need to

think of thoughts that make you feel good. Only good emotions will be connected to those

thoughts. Those good feelings are your Inner Being telling you that you are headed in the

right direction. I’m sure you have heard of people saying they heard a voice inside them

tell them something. Something deep inside of them told them what to do. And because

of that voice they either avoided a bad situation, or took advantage of a really great

situation. That voice inside you will never steer you wrong. It always knows what is best. It

is your “gut,” your INTUITION. Have there ever been times when you ignored that voice

inside of you and instead listened to someone else’s voice? For example, a well intentioned

friend or someone close to you. But somehow you didn’t feel right about it. You chose to

ignore your inner voice and followed the external advice. Hopefully, it turned out OK.

Most likely it didn’t turn out the way you would have liked. You must start to trust your

emotional guidance system , in other words “your inner being.” You have all of your

answers within you, you just have to get back in touch with that part of yourself.

Your emotional guidance system is your emotion literally guiding you to know what is right

for you. That deeper part of you, your gut, your inner being, your soul, is guiding you to

know what is right for you. You know by the way you FEEL. Later in the book I give you

an Emotional Guidance Scale . It shows emotions from highest to lowest. The higher

you can chart your emotions at any time is an indication that you are in the receiving mode

to manifesting your desire. When you find that you are in the lower emotions on the chart

you can spot where you are and then you can apply one of the many processes that I

outline in this e-book after the Emotional Guidance Scale. The process will help you in

raising your vibration, your emotional set point (meaning the emotion where you are

vibrating). I’ll explain a bit about each process and how to use them.

BECOME A DELIBERATE THINKER

When you can deliberately think thoughts about your desires, you will start to create those

desires. Then if you really feel the good emotions that go along with the desire, you will be

reinforcing the creation of them. Really feel what it would be like if that dream came true.

When you can start to feel it, create it in your mind as if you already have it, and feel every

emotion attached to it............you will achieve that desire. It will manifest in your life. The

closer you get to your desire manifesting the more you will see evidence of it coming into

your life. When you have created this wonderful outcome in your mind, and in all of your

thoughts associated with it, then the dream manifesting will feel like the next logical step.

You will feel like, YES, I know it’s about to happen for me. And then it will.

I can give you a real life example of my own. I’ve mentioned earlier that I teach Karate.

Well, as the Universe had it all planned, I met and married my karate instructor and now

we teach karate at our dojo (karate school). I have earned a Third Degree Black Belt in

Kimura Shukokai Karate in 2007.

HOW I MANIFESTED MY 3RD DEGREE BLACK BELT

The story of how I came to achieve that 3rd degree is due to the Law of Attraction. I had

been a 1st degree black belt for five years at this time. It was suggested to Gavin, my

Husband and Sensei (Instructor), that I be put up for the next promotion test by our

World Chief Instructor. Gavin, who has his 6th degree (Dan in Japanese) was not yet

considering to put me up for my promotion to 2nd Dan. In our style of karate, when you

go for promotion (grading) in the Black Belt Grades you test before the Four World Chief

Instructors of Shukokai Karate.

I had three months to prepare. Others who were also going for black belt grading had

already been told to prepare for the test months prior. So, Gavin told me that if I worked

hard enough and if he thought I was ready he would let me go for testing. Gavin does not

give out gradings that easily, he expects a lot from his students and does not want to put

someone up for grading unless they meet his standards, especially me, his wife.

So I started training harder. I went to more classes. I practiced my katas (like a

choreographed fight, only without any opponents), I worked on my impact, and worked on

fighting. But, this is not where the real work was done. You see; I practiced in my mind.

My best training was done all in my head. Like meditation, but I did this all the time and

anywhere I was. I could be riding in a car, taking a shower, sitting at the DMV waiting to

renew my license. You see it didn’t matter where I was. I was imagining in my mind. I was

doing my katas in my mind and actually working up a sweat. I would be fighting in my mind

and my heart would be beating rapidly, I would feel the adrenaline. I would be FEELING all

of the emotions attached to showing these four Chief Instructors that I was a 3rd Dan! I

was going for 2nd Dan grading. Only I told myself that I was 3rd Dan. They would have to

observe me at the test and pass me with flying colors because I was really a 3rd Dan. This

was the intention I set up in my mind.

you have the ability to have a physical manifestation of!”

Well, the good part is yet to come. The test is given after two days of intense training.

Four hours of training each day. One hour taught by each of the four Chief Instructors

both days. This is a yearly World Chief Instructors Course, students come from all over the

world to participate. The facility we had which could accommodate 300 to 400 participants

had very hard, carpeted floors. Usually when training we work on thick padded floors. So

needless to say, by the time the testing took place my feet and legs and everyone else that

had done the training were feeling some pain. And now it was time for the testing.

The Chief Instructors ran us all through our punches and kicks, blocks and combinations,

both in the air and with the impact pads. Then we did a variety of katas. Whatever we

were asked to do of course we did during this test. Needless to say, we were extremely

tired. But naturally gave it our all!

Then the test was over. There were close to 30 students testing. All of the participants in

the test stood still as the Chief Instructors deliberated. In Karate when standing still we

stand in Yoi position. This is ready position. Basically standing still but ready to move if

needed. Karate is very disciplined, the test is very formal and the students are very

respectful. You dare not fidget or loose focus. You stand ready. Well, I have to tell you,

standing still while they deliberated was the absolute hardest part of the whole weekend.

My legs were killing me, I almost could not stand still another second. Not just me, I could

see other students standing in front of me struggling with the simple act of standing still.

The Chief Instructors spoke to each other for what felt like hours. It was probably only 20

minutes. But, really felt like an eternity. Finally, they had each student go up and stand

before them as they awarded the new grading. I’m happy to say that I passed the test and I

received my 2nd Dan Black Belt.

Shortly after the test was over, each of the Four Instructors came to me and told me that

they had deliberated for a long time because they wanted to jump me to 3rd Dan.

WOW, THANK YOU LAW OF ATTRACTION.

They wanted to break their tradition and jump me to the next degree. This was not done

in the Black Belt grades. They were so impressed that they wanted to make an exception

to the rule. They decided against it and asked me to test again the following year. When

going for 3rd Dan you should have had minimum of another three years of training after

receiving your 2nd Dan. I did return the following year to test for 3rd Dan grading and I

passed the test. I am currently 3rd Dan.

This is my personal example of not only the Law of Attraction, but also the Law of

Deliberate Creation. I deliberately chose thoughts and added real emotion to those

thoughts. I fully focused my energy to achieving my desire. Anyone can do it. You do it all

the time. Now you just need to pay more attention to the thoughts you think. This way

when you notice thoughts that are not in your best interest, thoughts that are of a negative

nature, you can then choose to change those thoughts to ones that will better your life.

When you are thinking positive thoughts you will attract more of what you DO want in

your life. When you are thinking negative thoughts you will attract more of what you DO

NOT want into your life. As you become more aware of what you are thinking you can

now decide to change those negative thoughts. You can now be deliberate about what

you think and in turn you will now be a Deliberate Creator of your life. You can now bring

more good stuff into your life.

When you notice that you are thinking a negative thought. Don’t worry don’t beat yourself

up over it. Just recognize it and say to yourself “that was my old way of thinking, I choose

now to think positive thoughts.” Luckily there is a buffer of time. We don’t instantly

manifest bad things from a few negative thoughts. You know by looking around at your life

if you are creating very negatively or not. And so if you are noticing that life has been hard,

things have not come so easily. As you pay attention to your thoughts and deliberately

think better thoughts you will notice your life changing. You know the song “Don’t worry,

be happy”, well, doesn’t that say it all. Worrisome thoughts can only bring bad situations.

Happy thoughts will bring you good situations.

WOULDN’T IT BE NICE IF. . .

There is a process you can do for yourself when you find yourself not doing so well and

noticing a potentially bad situation. Maybe you are angry with someone. Maybe you are

really overwhelmed with stuff to do. Maybe you didn’t get the job you were going for.

Whatever the situation may be. You can say to yourself “wouldn’t i t be nice i f” . . .

“Wouldn’t it be nice if I get a call back on that other job I applied for” “Wouldn’t it be nice

if the Universe kept me from that job because a better opportunity is coming about”

“Wouldn’t it be nice if the next job I apply for pays more money” “Wouldn’t it be nice if

the next job pays me more money for less time” “Wouldn’t it be nice if I get my dream

job” you just keep on coming up with nicer thoughts and before you know it you are not

so bummed out. As you think of better thoughts, more and more better thoughts will

come to you. Remember, like attracts like. Always reach for a thought that feels better.

Your emotions will always tell you if you are in alignment with what you want. Your

emotions don’t lie. So you see, your emotions are your best indicator as to whether you

are attracting good things to you, or not so good things. Trust your gut, your gut won’t

steer you wrong. There are many processes that will help you to change your emotional

set point so you can start feeling better. These processes are explained later in the book.

It doesn’t matter how many negative thoughts you have thought in the past, or how long

you have been focusing negatively. You can now deliberately focus, at this moment, on a

more positive thought. Because the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts you

are thinking now, the more thoughts you are thinking in a positive manner now, the more

positive thoughts you will receive.

ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR DESIRE

I want to talk about alignment. When you are deliberately thinking your thoughts you are

choosing thoughts that feel good. You choose thoughts that you can feel in your body. You

experience these thoughts through your feelings. You can tell if the thought feels good or if

the thought feels bad. Your feelings are your emotional guidance. If your thoughts feel good

you are on track to achieving your desire. But, when your thoughts start to not feel so

good, you are taken off track, out of alignment with your desire. When your thoughts are

in alignment with your desire you will notice that you get inspired to do things that will

bring you closer to that desire. You will enjoy the actions or steps taken because they

were inspired. Good feeling thoughts are giving you ideas that you can get excited about.

Ideas that you know will take you to that desire.

When you are out of alignment with your desire. When you have gone off track to

achieving your desire you probably will notice that your thoughts around that desire do not

feel so good. They probably feel like lack, or disbelief, doubt, fear, anger etc. At those

times when your emotions are lower you are out of alignment. Any action you take now

will NOT get you closer to your desire. You have to first find a way to feel better.

Distract yourself from the situation. Do something that you know you will enjoy. Watch a

funny movie. Call a friend you have not spoken to in a while. Read a book that you are

really interested in. For me, I love watching reality shows like “So you think you can

Dance,” or “The Voice,” “American Idol,” anything that shows real life people following

their dream and getting closer to achieving it. For me there is nothing better than seeing

someone achieve their desire. Then after you have distracted yourself from that place you

were in you can again start to DELIBERATELY choose better feeling thoughts and put your

self back on that track to your desire.

MEDITATION

A good way of changing your vibration is to meditate. Through meditat ion you will learn

how to quite those negative thoughts. When you are meditating and even when you sleep

you are giving your mind a rest. You are taking a break from all those thoughts that are

constantly in your mind. You are getting in touch with a deeper part of yourself. This part

of you is peaceful, knowledgeable, and knows what is best for you. If you notice unwanted

thoughts coming to you, just acknowledge them and allow them to go. After a while when

you really get into meditating you will find that you are able to stop all those unwanted

thoughts flying around in your mind. And when that happens you are also allowing

inspiration to come to you. Have you ever woken up in the morning and had some sort of

inspiration come to you in a dream? When I worked in Advertising some of my best ideas

came to me in a dream. That is an inspiration you can trust and should really pay attention

to. These thoughts of guidance can also come to you while meditating. They are wanted

thoughts. I love to get inspiration while meditating. Sometimes it takes quieting your mind

of all the unwanted thoughts while trying to achieve no thought. This will allow all the

inspirational thoughts to come to you.

Life is supposed to be fun, start enjoying the journey. Just be aware of your thoughts,

choose better feeling thoughts, the key word here is FEELING. Your emotions will never

steer you wrong. So start being a Deliberate Thinker! And start trusting your Intuition.

LIVE – The Universal Law of Allowing

This is the third of the Laws of Attraction. This may be the hardest of the laws to really

grasp and understand, but it is the one that makes it all happen, or should I say ALLOWS it

all to happen. The law of allowing requires that you really start allowing other people and

things to be, to exist, even if you do not agree with them. As I mentioned before with the

law of attraction, you get what you focus on. So if you are focusing on what you don’t

want, you will get more of what you don’t want. You will come to find freedom when you

allow other people to be who they are or other circumstances to exist even if you don’t

agree with them. If you can do this you will experience freedom. If you keep trying to

make everyone and everything conform so that you can feel better you will never be free.

You will be held hostage of your own thoughts and feelings because you will never be able

to get others to be who you want them to be. We are all responsible for how we feel and

no one can make you feel a certain way if you do not want them to. You can only control

how you feel. By allowing others to be what they choose to be you will release resistance.

For example, say in a relationship, if all you can see is the negative qualities in a person, you

will pull in more of that negative aspect of them. I have had success in totally changing my

relationships with a few people. I have had a rocky relationship with someone in particular.

There was always a struggle. Even though that person was close to me, many interactions

were a constant strain. I was always expecting a situation to pop up when I spoke to this

person or was together with them. I expected that because that is what my real life

experience was. Most of the time I would say something or do something that would

upset this person and they would let me know about it. Seemed like I could never do

anything right by that person. This was my perception. This is how I saw it in my eyes. I

know it was not really true. But, it was how I would feel. Partially, of course, this was my

fault as well. I am quite a strong person with a mind of my own and refused to have to

change myself to please the other person. And as much as they tried, they couldn’t make

me change so that they could feel better. No one can win by trying to change others.

I ONLY HAD TO CHANGE MY THOUGHTS

Well, good news is that I didn’t have to change myself to create a better relationship. I

only had to change my thoughts about this relationship. It was as simple as that. I mean

SIMPLE. Almost immediately after I realized through what I was learning about the law of

attraction, the relationship changed for the better. Because I had decided instead of

expecting a problem to occur, or expecting them to change, I would just see all the good

qualities of this person. There are so many good qualities and when I started focusing on

them, those were the only qualities that I received. I have not had one single bad

experience since I have changed the way I think about the relationship. This is a perfect

example of the Law of Attraction in action. The process used to accomplish this is the

Book of Posit ive Aspects . When I changed my point of focus to the qualities I loved

about that person I only received those good qualities. I just listed the qualities that I felt

good about and that I admired and that is exactly what I got. It is really quite amazing.

And in my experience with it, the change occurred overnight. It doesn’t only apply to

relationships with people. You can use this process when you are aware of negative

vibrations related to any subject.

Instead of fighting against the things that you don’t agree with start focusing on the things

that you do agree with. Keep your attention and your thoughts on what it is that you want

in your life. Sounds selfish right? Well it is. You have to be selfish. That is you have to start

considering your own thoughts and feelings first. Only then can you be an influence or a

help to another. You have to first be in alignment with what you want to create in your

life. When you are doing well all those around you will pick up on your vibration and then

you can be of assistance to others. So, really, be selfish. It’s in your best interest to do so.

Be deliberate about what you want and how you think about those things that you want.

You will start seeing those things come into your daily life.

APPRECIATION IS THE KEY

Which brings me to another part of the Universal Law of Allowing – Appreciat ion .

Appreciation is such a wonderful tool. I refer to it as a tool because it is. Through using

appreciation you really start to raise your vibration. Think about how good you feel as you

appreciate things and people that you come in contact with. You can have all the things

that you want in life as long as you raise your vibration. When you are feeling good you are

vibrating high. When your vibration is high you allow your desires to come to you. When

you focus on good things you feel good. I know I have stated that many times so far in this

book, but it really is the key. The better you feel, the better your life is!

VIBRATIONAL ESCROW ACCOUNT

You can sort of think of all those things existing in a Vibrational Bank Account. All the stuff

you want already exists there. All you have to do is to be vibrationally in alignment with

them and then they will start popping up in your life. I’ll use that example again of tuning in

a radio station. The two frequencies have to line up between the radio station broadcasting

a signal and your radio tuning into that broadcast station. When the two line up you will

hear what is being broadcasted. Think of the Universe as the bank. It is the holder of your

Vibrational Escrow Account. All you have to do is ask the Universe for the things you

desire and the Universe will deliver it to you from out of your vibrational bank account.

The only catch is that you have to be tuned into the higher vibration where that account

exists. Appreciat ion is at the top of the Emotional Guidance Scale. It is the key to getting

into your vibrational bank account where all your desires are waiting for you. When you

are feeling really good and appreciating all that is around you, that’s when you are lined up

or tuned into all the good stuff you have been creating with your positive thoughts.

Appreciation is the key to your vibrational escrow account.

You know how when you are appreciating something you feel good? If you are at the

Ocean and admiring the power of the ocean and enjoying the sound of the Ocean, you

immediately feel good. Looking out of your window on a snowy day with a cup of hot

chocolate, how it brings you a peaceful feeling, the snow is really pretty. You notice a

beautiful red Cardinal fly onto a snow capped branch. It feels sooooo good. The list can

go on and on. Seeing a little baby have a realization that they are able to do something like

grasp a toy hanging from the mobile in front of them. I remember the first time my Son

did that. I will never forget it. Even simple things like the colors of the leaves changing on

the trees, the smell of honeysuckle in the Spring, watching a colorful butterfly go by, a

young child saying “thank you” with a big smile on his face. There is so much to appreciate.

And in the appreciation of things around us, we feel good.

WHEN YOU ARE APPRECIATING YOUR VIBRATION RISES

When your vibration rises you are ALLOWING. You are allowing all the good things that

you desire to come into your life. The way you know if you are allowing is by paying

attention to your feelings. Your emotional guidance system will never steer you wrong.

That is something you can totally trust. Only you know when you are feeling good. And

when you are feeling bad. And in knowing that you can choose to think a thought that

feels better, once you are thinking the better feeling thoughts you will start to live a life

filled with your desires. Enjoy that Journey!

I referred to appreciation as a tool before, this is why. I keep an Appreciat ion Journal it

is a Law of Attraction tool. Every day I write at least 10 things that I appreciate into my

journal. As I find myself appreciating during the day I make a note of it. Sometimes I just

write down a list at the end of the day in my journal. I date each page as I enter them.

When I write down what I appreciated I think of it and I feel it. There are those words

again, think and feel. And guess what, as I am doing this I start noticing how things in

my life just keep getting better. I live a better life because of it. It keeps me in a high

vibration. Now there is that other word, live. The title of this book, Think-Feel-Live!

From entering my appreciative thoughts into my journal I see more and more good stuff

coming to me everyday. It seems the more I appreciate the more I find to appreciate.

Appreciation attracts appreciation. That’s more evidence of “that which is like unto itself is

drawn.” This is my best way of describing how to use the Law of Attraction to make your

life better. I also flip my Appreciation page over and on the back and I write appreciation

of things that have not yet occurred in my reality. And, so far since doing that, some of the

things I write about have been showing up in my real life.

There is so much more I want to tell you, and I will in the following chapters. But first I

have to state my appreciation for Abraham. Many of you may have already heard of

Abraham-Hicks. If not you should visit their website www.abraham-hicks.com. I have

learned so much from listening to them, and reading their books, watching their videos.

Each time I listen I learn more, even if I have already listened to that particular recording.

You will only be able to absorb as much information as you are ready to receive. This is

why I will listen again and again. Always hearing something new. I just can’t get enough

information about the Law of Attraction. So many people have found ways of teaching this

belief system. I hope to be helping to teach you as others have taught me.

ENJOY THE JOURNEY

The biggest message I have received from learning about the Law of Attraction is this:

ENJOY THE JOURNEY! This is now my life motto. I have drawn up artwork of this and

have had it tattooed on my foot. You will also see this artwork through out this e-book. I

have Abraham to thank for teaching me this.

Enjoy the journey, so simple, yet so profound. Instead of rushing through life doing all you

can to achieve your goals anxious for the end result, take time to savor everything along

the way. This was huge for me. I’ve always rushed through getting to my end result. Even

with my artwork. I remember working on some mosaic mirrors. I knew exactly what the

end result would be. I could picture it in my mind and I knew how to create it. But, I

would just plow through piece by piece, kind of in rush. I didn’t even have a deadline. I just

knew what I wanted it to look like and hurried to that end. I pretty much did this with

everything. Well, Law of Attraction has really taught me to savor every bit of life. Not to

be in such a hurry. Enjoy all the parts of each endeavor. I really started living in the present

instead of always only projecting forward. Your thoughts and emotions in the present are

what create your future. Find ways of taking the time to acknowledge things happening

each day, because that is where your life is created. In the present and feeling good. Why

rush? For me on those days when I get a little overwhelmed I just need to look at my foot

and I’m reminded to “Enjoy the Journey.”

A Simple Test of the Law of Attraction

When I first learned about Law of Attraction I thought to myself why not test it out for

myself. I thought about what I could ask the Universe to show me to prove that I have the

power. What could I ask for that I didn’t think I had any resistance around? Something

that I felt would be an easy test because I believed it could happen. Something that didn’t

seem to be so out of reach. So, I thought for a bit and decided that my test to the

Universe would be to spot my favorite birds. I told the Universe that I wanted to see Blue

Jays and Cardinals. Being that I have bird feeders and have been bird watching for years I

thought this would be a good test. Easy enough, right?

I love those birds, and I especially have a love for the Cardinal. I had not seen any around

my home and thought this would be perfect. So, I went about waiting to spot these birds.

This was the very first thing I did when I learned about Law of Attraction. Kind of silly, but

fun. Well, actually not so much fun at first, and I’ll tell you why.

You would think it would be easy, not a very tough test I thought. But it was in this test

that I really learned a lot. I was not spotting either of the birds. I became a little fixated on

it. I really wanted it to be so, that I could think about a desire and see it just appear in my

life. Problem is that I was noticing the absence of the birds. In being so aware of NOT

seeing the birds I got more of not seeing the birds. I got exactly what I was thinking about.

The Law of Attraction says: that which is like unto itself is drawn, or “Like attracts Like.”

Another way of saying it is: birds of a feather flock together. That is the foundation of the

law. You see, our thoughts are like magnets, they attract all things that match the thought.

I wanted to see those birds so badly to prove I had the power to do it. I was looking

everywhere trying to spot one of the birds. I kept looking, looking, looking and not seeing.

Well, that was a major lesson. In looking so hard for those birds I only noticed that I was

not seeing the birds. The harder I looked the longer it took. You see all I was focusing on

was that I wasn’t seeing the birds. So, the Universe gave me more of what I was focused

on, no birds.

When I realized that I only needed to think of seeing the birds. Feeling the excitement of

actually seeing the birds even thought I had not seen them yet. I started playing the movie

in my mind of actually seeing the birds and how excited I would be that the Universe gave

me what I asked for. The first bird I spotted was the Blue Jay, that was great, I was really

excited. I thought, WOW, this is pretty cool. But the Cardinal had not shown himself to

me yet. I found myself looking hard for him again. I had to remind myself not to look so

hard and not to pay attention to not seeing him.

So I stopped always looking for the Cardinal and decided to trust that he would show up. I

went back to using my imagination and created spotting the Cardinal in my mind. I have to

say it was hard not to notice that I wasn’t spotting the Cardinal. But, I realized that the law

of attraction actually was working because I was getting more of NOT seeing the Cardinal.

I finally let go. I let go of the res istance I was creat ing by not ic ing the lack of that

desi re . I finally came to realize that I would just trust the Universe to answer my desire.

Wouldn’t you know, at that point I had a very vivid dream. It seemed so real. It was a

dream, I know I was asleep but I felt such joy in that dream. Weird right? As I slept I

dreamt that I saw a Cardinal. He was on the ground behind a bush. There he was bright

red and looking beautiful. This was just in my dream, but it felt so real. I remember feeling

such an overwhelming feeling of joy. Just from seeing this bird in my dream. My joy came

from the realization that I can create with my thoughts. At this point I created in my dream,

but the point here is that I created exactly how I wanted to feel in real life. The emotion I

experienced was the same either way, whether in the dream or in actual life.

As I’m sure you probably realize, I did start seeing Cardinals after that. Once I had that

dream I knew that I would start to spot the Cardinal as well as the Blue Jays in my everyday

life. It was only days after that that I spotted one for real. Wow, that little game of spotting

those birds gave me so much joy. Real joy from such a simple thing that many people take

for granted everyday as they see Blue Jays and Cardinals flying around.

These days I have an amazing relationship with the Cardinal. One day I was looking out my

kitchen window, there is a pretty Japanese Maple right close to the window. I just thought

for a second that it would be so nice to see a Cardinal in that tree so close to me. The

very next day, as I made a cup of coffee and looked out the kitchen window, there was a

female Cardinal just sitting there in the tree. I was so blown away. I took that as an

indication of how well I was vibrating and that the Universe was giving me a sign.

I now see Blue Jays and Cardinals a lot. But my connection to the Cardinal is really strong.

Now the Cardinal sightings are directly linked to my higher vibration. If my vibration lowers

and I’m not feeling as great as usual, I don’t spot my favorite bird. When I am vibing high, I

see them everywhere. It’s always a great indicator from the Universe as to what might be

manifesting for me next.

Lately as I am gardening or sometimes just going to my mailbox a Cardinal will fly over and

land on a branch just 6 feet away. So my original little test has now become part of my

vibration. I can pull Cardinals into my experience when I am vibrating well. And that little

sign does wonders for me in maintaining that good vibration.

THIS LITTLE GAME TAUGHT ME SO MUCH!

I had somehow always known that we as people must be more powerful than we are. I

had always thought how great it would be if I could blink my eyes or wiggle my nose as

Samantha and Jeannie did in Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie. So, when learning about

Law of Attraction I was soooo happy, yes, I knew it, I knew we are all more powerful than

we know.

So, try it, find something to use as your game to play with the Universe and see what

happens. Remember don’t focus on the lack of what you want to manifest. Just keep your

focus and imagination on exactly what you want and how you want to feel when it arrives.

Just a few weeks ago, I asked the Universe to bring some Eastern Bluebirds to my backyard.

They are the NY State Bird. I live in New York for three years now. I have bird feeders out

in my backyard and watch the birds often. I have not seen one of these birds since I‘ve

moved here.

Then one day as I was heading for the back door, I see right out the back windows, there

were two Eastern Bluebirds sitting on the line for my dog run. Right there in plain site,

shinning brightly in the sun as if to say Hello! The blue color was amazing. I was feeling

such joy. Just from something so simple and carefree, a couple of birds sitting on a line.

That joy came from the Universe letting me know that it is there for me, always answering

my desires. And all I have to do is keep my thoughts positive and things will show up in my

reality, not just in my mind.

So, now I’ve asked the Universe to send some Hummingbirds to my yard. I have not seen

any since the first summer I moved New York. I’ll let you know when those guys show up.

I’ve been playing little games like this for a while now. It really keeps me learning and

understanding Law of Attraction more and more. I would love it if you would send me a

I did it! Law of Attraction brought me

my Hummingbird! UPDATE while I’ve been writing this book.

Wow, I am so excited! In the previous chapter I spoke about playing a game with the

Universe, I had stated at the end of that chapter that I asked the Universe to send me a

Hummingbird. I had not seen any since the first year I moved into my home. This has been

my favorite Law of Attraction game to play. There is something so rewarding when you can

see rather quickly how when you “Ask it is Given.” Well, I asked and it was given! A

beautiful little Hummingbird was at a flower pot on my deck. I grabbed my camera; luckily it

was already near my back windows. It all happened so fast. I grabbed the camera and

snapped a photo. Hummingbirds move so fast, you can’t really even see the wings. It was as

if this little bird allowed me to capture him in the photo. I was so excited to have taken this

photo to document how great the Universe is and how it is there for your asking. It’s the

Law of Attraction; you get what you think about. I had thought about how thrilled I would

be when I saw one of these little guys in my yard. I can't even describe how much joy I felt.

LAW OF ATTRACTION AND THE UNIVERSAL MANAGER

The Universal Manager, get to know him. He is the best manager there is, and how could

he not be, after all he is the best in the Universe, hence his title. He is the CEO of the Law

of Attraction. Well, basically what you do is to think of your desire. Something that you

would love to have manifest. And then just ask the Universal Manager to take care of

getting it for you. Sounds funny, right? Well, I have to tell you it works. I have had so many

things come to me by just doing that, both little and pretty big things. Big or small, the

reward is so great when you see evidence of the Universe answering your wishes. Kind of

like the Genie in the bottle, it is the Law of Attraction in Action. See Process #20 .

Today the Universal Manager sent me the Hummingbird. Yesterday I received something

else. I had a contract for services from a particular company. I had paid this company

$5,400 for this service. They could not deliver and so I canceled my contract with them

and asked for my money back. They agreed to give me back 50%, $2,700. Then when it

came time to send the check they just didn’t do it. I was not getting my refund. So I tried

calling, emailing I even had an Attorney send a letter for me. They were not giving in. I filed

a complaint with the BBB in the state where this company is located. They responded to

the complaint to say that we had no such agreement. I was getting such a knot in my

stomach. This did not feel good at all. All it was doing for me was putting me into a

negative vibration. So I decided that I would just give up the fight and give it up to the

Universal Manager to deal with. I was done having it effect me in such a negative way. I

decided to let go of how I felt about this company and just be done with it. All along

expecting that the Universal Manager will do a better job than I had been doing.

I got a phone call from that company. The representative told me that they had made a

mistake and their Lawyers had overlooked something and that they would be sending me

the check for $2,700. Wow, now that’s one good Manager! It had been less than one

month from when I gave up the fight and handed it over to the Manager. So, try it, start

relying on the Universal Manager and see what the Law of Attraction will bring you next.

How I manifested my dream home

The funny thing about how I manifested my dream home is that I was really finally happy in

the home I was living in. I did not plan to move. We had been living in a very small Cape

Cod style home on a very small lot, about 1/8 of an acre. When we purchased this house

we actually had settled for it. It was the only house we could afford at the time in the

town that we really wanted to live in. Luckily both my husband and I are very good at

visualizing what the house could be. And we knew that we could do the work needed

ourselves and hire out work that we were not capable of doing. So, in knowing that we

could make the house into a home that we could enjoy, we purchased it.

I am very interested in Feng Shui. I had a Feng Shui Master come to the house and do a

floor plan for us to make the energy in this house, work best for us. Well, after doing a

walk through and taking some notes the Master told us that she sees red, blood, and that it

would be best if we were to move. Being that we were not able to move and that this is

the house that we will be living in, we had a Feng Shui plan designed for us.

We rearranged furniture and placed crystals in specific places throughout the house. The

Master told us that we would have to change our front entrance. Cape Cod designed

houses generally have a staircase that leads straight out the front door. In this house the

entrance had literally 3’ between the door and the staircase. The staircase went right up

and lead into the bathroom. More bad energy, it seemed the more she looked around the

more bad energy flow she saw. This is the key reason that we were told to move and not

stay in this house. So eventually we did move the entrance. We added a new entry foyer.

We purchased a really cool carved wood door that had a large sun and solar system suns

and moons carved in. It was such a happy door. I actually really miss that door. It really did

set the mood of the whole house. Not only that, but I did a custom mosaic floor in the

whole foyer. This too was very inviting and really set the energy for the house. That new

entry and the work we did inside with removing walls, cutting look throughs in walls,

opening up the stairway so it only had a wall on one side. A really nice iron bed foot

board as a see through railing to go down to the finished basement. It really did turn out

to be a great little house full of character. Always in the back of my mind I thought once

we renovate the kitchen, at that point we would be able to sell the house and move onto

a home we really wanted.

We did complete the kitchen remodel. We added all new cabinets, granite counter tops, a

really interesting stone mosaic backsplash that pulled out an amethyst color in the granite

countertop which was mostly black and shades of grey. The amethyst color ran through

randomly and subtly. The backsplash we installed was perfect. Add all new stainless steel

appliances and now the kitchen was a wonderful space.

Well with all of this work done, seven years later, we were really happy with the house. It

was night and day from the day we moved into it. I had also landscaped the whole

property myself. I really enjoyed doing that as well. When we did the new front entrance,

a part of that job included a large pergola that acted as a carport. There was no garage.

We really put a lot of ourselves into making this house a place we would enjoy living in.

The reason I am drawing this mental image for you is to illustrate the Law of Allowing. You

see, it wasn’t until we really appreciated the home that we lived in that out of nowhere the

creation of our dream house came about. Without actually knowing about the Law of

Attraction at this time in my life, I had made a statement to my sister-in-law. I did not know

it at that time when I made the statement, but it was about to come true.

While sitting in my living room with my Sister In Law, she asked me if now that the house

was totally renovated would I consider moving. She knew that I was not happy when

buying that house. And as she was admiring the work we had done, she asked if I thought

that we would want to sell it and move on. My answer to her was “The only way we

would move is if we found a ranch style home that was contemporary in design. And it

would have to be on a large piece of property. And that was that. I didn’t give it another

thought I just stated what our ultimate dream home would be.

Then my Son Steele who has always hated school, each and every one of his educational

years, since pre-school, asked if he could drop out of school and get his GED. He was

miserable in school. We had done Child Study Team each year and none of the so called

professionals could ever figure him out. You see he is very smart. He never fell into any

category that would place him with any sort of learning disability. He is a very respectful

kid, never got into trouble. But, just hated being in school all day every day.

He had a way of outsmarting his Teachers, in a respectful way. He would only do the bare

minimum of any requirement he was asked to do. I had to tell his teachers to be specific

when giving him an assignment. If they asked him to summarize a book he read, he would

turn in one paragraph that told in a nutshell what the book was about. The teachers

wanted more. I told them if they want more they will have to let him know that because

he had no interest in elaborating. He had an Algebra Tutor, because he was struggling in

algebra class. Steele would get the answers in his head before the Tutor could write it out

herself. He would already have the answer. This is how he is. He has the data but couldn’t

or didn’t want to show his teachers in the way that they seemed to require he get it done.

Which of course is why he did not enjoy his whole educational years of life.

Anyway, to get to my point: At first my husband and I were not too thrilled about him

wanting to leave school but Steele was so sure of himself that we decided he knew best.

Something you will come to find when you get deeper into the law of attraction. Your kids

actually do know what is in their best interest if only we could trust in that. Steele has

always used Law of Attraction. He has always been able to have things go his way without

any resistance. This is one of the main reasons we realized that he probably does know

what is in his best interest.

So, back to the house, since Steele would be out of school there was no reason why we

needed to stay in the town we were living in any longer. We wanted to be there because

the town has a very good school system. Now that there wasn’t anything keeping us there

we decided to look around for another house to live in. Our current house was very nice

now and it would be easy to sell.

We started looking around and found a nice house on an acre of land it met most of our

requirements except it was a split level. I hadn’t remembered the conversation with my

Sister-In-Law about my dream home at this time. We put our house on the market. It sold

for full asking price and we then put a bid on this new house, which was accepted.

Everything was good. Until, our buyer backed out. Now we had to try to find a new buyer.

As the house was on the market again, this time although everyone seemed to like the

house and had nice comments about it, we weren’t getting another offer. The Seller of the

house we had bid on lost patience with us and accepted another offer. We lost that house.

We did get another offer on our house from a new Buyer. This offer was $20,000 less

than our asking price. And they were very serious about purchasing it. My husband was in

the hospital having hip resurfacing/replacement surgery. I was sitting in the hospital room

with him and thought that I might as well start looking for homes in this new price range as

we would now be accepting a lower bid on our present home. This meant we had

$20,000 less that we could spend. As I looked online at homes for sale in this new price

range I came across a house. This house was a very contemporary looking ranch on close

to 2 acres of land. And it was in our price range. It seemed perfect we couldn’t wait to go

and see it. I went to see the house first. We waited a few days until Gavin, my husband,

could hop around using crutches, and then we both went to see the house. That was it,

this is the house that we wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted.

THE STORY ISN’T OVER YET, THERE’S MORE

During this time as we went through all of the legal details of purchasing a home, Gavin’s

Brother and Girlfriend came to visit us from California. They stayed with us for a week.

During their stay they started talking about the Law of Attraction. We had never heard of

it before. We were very intrigued. They had spoken to us about Abraham-Hicks and once

they were back in California, Gavin’s brother sent us a video clip to the Abraham material.

Well, we were hooked!

So, then it dawned on us. Now, we did always think that everything happens for a reason.

That was for sure with us. And always in both of our lives, things always did work out. But,

now for the first time we fully realized that we do create our own reality and that the

Universe will guide us to our desires as long as we are in alignment with the energy of the

desire. Remember I stated that I had a conversation with my Sister-In-Law. I told her that

we would only move if we found a nice Contemporary Ranch style home on a nice big

piece of land. The first deal on our house had to fall through because that house wasn’t a

match to what I had requested. And although we were really bummed out about that as it

occurred, what we didn’t realize is that it had to happen that way. The Universe was

sending us a message that the house we really desired was just around the corner and

would show itself to us. Funny thing is that this house, our dream house is only blocks

from the one that fell through. Pretty amazing!

We weren’t aware of it at the time but it was the Law of Attraction in Action. I bet if you

were to think about it you would see experiences in your own life where it was the

Universe answering your wanting and delivering. The same goes for bad experiences as

well. It’s just a little bit harder to look at those and realize that we asked for them. This is

why it is really important to be deliberate about the thoughts you are thinking.

So as you can see, I found out about Law of Attraction during the process of buying our

dream home. It really blew our minds, there was concrete evidence of this law at work.

Some of those experiences didn’t feel great at first. But, this is the way it had to happen, at

first I had forgotten about what I had requested when speaking to my Sister-In-Law. But I

had asked for a specific house. I asked for a contemporary ranch on a large piece of land.

The nice thing is that during this whole process both my Husband and I found out about

Law of Attraction and could see how this opportunity had come to us. And now, knowing

about Law of Attraction, I worked with it until I had the keys to this home in my hands.

And I really had to work with Law of Attraction, because while we were in Attorney

Review someone else put in a higher offer on the house that we were purchasing. The

Sellers were considering that offer, and our Buyers were having some difficulty with their

Realtor and Mortgage Commitment. It was turning into a real struggle. At times it wasn’t

looking good. But, thankfully we had learned about the power of our thoughts.

I used the process of The Appreciat ion Journal , #3 The Creat ive Workshop and #9

Scr ipt ing . I would show appreciation for my current home; I actually miss it now and then.

I would think about why I wanted this new house and why I thought I would receive it. I

would create stories in my mind of living in the new house. I would look at the listing

photos and I would decorate each room in my mind and create experiences of living in the

new house and hanging out in the backyard entertaining guests. I did this everyday. I

imagined living in the house before we even had the keys. I felt like we already lived there. I

didn’t let myself think about it not happening for us, I only thought about how great it will

be when we moved in. I created with 3 steps, thoughts (THINK), with emotion (FEEL),

and with appreciation (LIVE) guess what, it worked. I LOVE MY HOUSE!

THINK BIG!

Once you start learning about law of attraction you will be able to realize what things you

have already created, good things and even bad things. You see; the Law of Attraction

doesn’t know the difference between good thoughts and bad thoughts. It delivers to you

the thoughts that you are thinking. So knowing this, you now must be sure to be thinking

positive thoughts. You need to become a “Deliberate Thinker”. Be aware of your thoughts

and always choose a better feeling thought when something unwanted makes it’s way into

your thinking. Remember, the Law of Attraction says: that which is like unto itself is

drawn, or “Like attracts Like”. Another way of saying it is: birds of a feather flock together.

Get the idea? It is a Universal Law – you get what you think about so, THINK BIG!

Get so f ixated on what you want ,

that you drown out any v ibrat ion or

reverberat ion that has anyth ing to do

with what you do not want .

There are always Two Sides to the Story

With our thoughts the opposite of positive is negative. If you are wanting a new home, the

opposite of that would be living in the old home. The opposite of rich is poor, happy is

sad, excited, bored. You know. If you are aware that there are two sides to every story,

when you are noticing the absence of something you also know of the presence of that

thing. So you can choose to switch your perspective from something bad to something

good, It is just the opposite side of the thought.

Without knowing what you don’t want it would be hard to figure out what you do want.

So if you can start to realize that you do actually benefit from the bad things that occur you

will be able to really start creating what you do want. The next time something happens

that you really don’t want to include in your life experience, take a few minutes to think

about what occurred. Then ask yourself “What is it that I do want” After that you can go

on to ask yourself ” Why do I want it?” And then after that, and my favorite part of this

line of questioning, “How do I want to feel in the having of it?” A Law of Attraction basic.

These three questions are really powerful. These three questions are the road map from

what you don’t want to what you do want. In every problem, there is a solution. Two

sides to the story. Your job is to create the story how you want it to be in reality. There is

a Law of Attraction process called Scripting where you write a script of how your life will

be unfolding. Even when you have no clue as to how to get to that reality, as long as you

know what you want and focus on it, you will be able to guide yourself to it. Inspiration will

come to you as you keep that focus. It really helps to have a Law of Attraction Coach to

keep you on track to achieving that desire. The Coach will keep you on track and guide

you to a higher vibration. A good feeling place. A space that makes you feel like you can

do anything. And the truth is…….. you can.

In every situation there is always the possibility and the ability to achieve what you are truly

wanting. If you are in debt, there is always a way to get out of debt. If you are overweight,

there is always the possibility to become thin. If you are always worried, there is the

possibility to become more care free. Once you are clear on what you DO want, the

journey can begin.

There are many Law of Attraction processes to help you shift your energy.

One way to begin the process of shifting your energy from the unwanted to the wanted is

to PIVOT (#16 Pivoting Process) from what you are stuck focusing on (the unwanted) to

what you really want. Pivot ing is a Law of Attraction process I use with my Coaching

Clients. You start by acknowledging where you are and accept everything as it is. At that

point you will begin to drop the resistance you have around the unwanted situation.

Resistance is the enemy, it is the negative energy, the opposite of what you want. As you

release that resistance by accepting where you are and allowing yourself to be there you

can then move on to a better feeling place. Without resistance you will start to see

evidence of things changing in your life for the better. Then negative things will start to be

replaced with more and more positive things.

From this point your only job is to focus on what you do want. As you think of what you

do want, create a story in your mind of the goal you want to achieve. If you hold on to a

better feeling thought for just 17 seconds more, good feeling thoughts, will pop into your

mind (#23, 68 Second Process). It is Law of Attraction at it’s best. Before only a few

minutes you will begin creating a wonderful new story that feels really good deep down in

your body. You are now on that path to your desire.

There are many processes that you can use to keep your energy high. I’ll give you tools

that you can use to create your new story. You will be amazed at how when you stay

focused on this, new good feeling story, things start showing up in your life that will blow

you away. Even the smallest of things will show up and remind you that you are on the

right course. Just keep creating your life in your mind with your thoughts and reality will be

sure to follow including all that good stuff you have been focused on. We get what we

think about, THINK BIG! The Law of Attraction works!

More Examples of the Law of Attraction

I spoke a bit about my Son Steele earlier in the book. He is really quite amazing. He has

always had the ability to get what he wants. Partly because he is very smart. He has

outsmarted me from day one. And I don’t mind one bit. I’m actually very proud of his

ability. It can be a bit annoying at times but still admirable. Actually it’s only annoying if my

vibration is on the lower end of the Emotional Guidance Scale . I’ll have the emotional

guidance scale for you later in the book.

He has taught me so much about allowing. As parents it’s not always easy to see or even

realize that our kids know what they are doing. If we allow them to use their own

emotional guidance and trust them to know what their emotions are guiding them too,

they would be a lot better off. Of course there are things as parents that you have to help

guide them with, I am not advocating that you let them go off and do something crazy.

But it all does go back to the little child so full of enthusiasm about life. Try to remember

when you were young and full of this enthusiasm. You can probably think of many times

that you were squashed when wanting something that an Adult didn’t think you could or

should have. We get programmed with so many negative thoughts. You know, like how

money doesn’t grow on trees, you’ll break your neck if you try that, good luck trying to be

a movie star.......... The list can go on and on.

Well even when I didn’t know about Law of Attraction I did always encourage my son. I

do always trust him. He showed me many times how he can, DO and GET anything he

wants. Looking back I see how he worked with the law of attraction, naturally, he wasn’t

trying to do something he just learned about, he just did it.

I remember one time while walking on the boardwalk at a beach community having fun

playing games. We came across the game where you get a bucket of 2 inch rings, they

could have been smaller, and you have to get one around the bottle neck in a sea of

bottles all snuggly packed into a large table. There will be one very special golden bottle in

the dead middle that if you get the ring on that particular bottle you win the big prize.

Well, the big prize was one of those little Clown Bikes, a tiny tricycle type of bike.

I KNOW I CAN DO IT MOM!

I gave Steele $5.00 for a bucket of rings because he really wanted to try it. He went

through that bucket pretty fast. Then he asked me for another $5.00. So I told him in my

unrealized negativity, that I wasn’t going to give him $5 to throw away on that game, that it

was impossible, no one could actually really do it. He insisted and said then he would use

his own money because he knew he could do it. So, I then gave him more negativity and

asked if he really wanted to waste his money that way. That was, were I was, I couldn’t see

how it was even possible. Well, this little kid, 8 years old at the time. He gets his bucket

and throws a bunch of these rings. My husband and I are pulling for him not believing he

could actually do it, but cheering him on. Wouldn’t you know it, not even half way through

his bucket, he throws the ring on the very center golden bottle and wins that bike.

My point in this example is that Steele knew without a doubt that he would have that bike

and all he had to do is put the ring on the bottle. Simple task in his mind and it was. He

has gone on to do this many times. Whether it be a lottery ticket, or one of my

favorites......... he shot the star out of the paper at the Cross Bow game and won an electric

scooter. He didn’t doubt himself at all. He planned to practice with his first and second try

in order to get a feel for the bow. He then purchased another round, probably a $5.00

game. You get three arrows and see what happens. He made the necessary adjustments to

his aim and shot out every bit of that star. You can’t leave even the tiniest bit of that star

showing. He won. He knew he would win and he did. He was only 9 when he

accomplished this win. That is the way we all need to think. We need to just believe in our

selves and our ability to create what we want. Be totally positive about knowing you will

reach your desire. Don’t let any negativity get in the way. The processes I list later on in this

e-book will help you to keep your positive focus on what you want to achieve.

Steele also wanted a Nissan 350Z for his first car and he found a way to get it. He wanted

a Motorcycle next and he got that. He wanted dirt bikes and mountain bikes along the way

and always found a way on his own to get what he wants. He didn’t consider it couldn’t

happen. He was inspired and he received his desire. So, this is why we didn’t worry about

him when he wanted to quit school. He took his GED tests just months after leaving High

School, barely studied. I made him do a GED prep class, in which he was correcting his

teacher on the wrong info she was teaching. There are 5 tests, he got a perfect score on

one of them and only missed one question on another and two questions on the others.

He received an accommodation letter for his high scores. When he finds his desire or

purpose in life I know he will achieve it.

For right now Steele’s ambition is to be an Eccentric Billionaire. I don’t ever doubt him

anymore. It will be interesting to see that one as it comes about. Could be my next book.

HOW I LOST 25 POUNDS

I knew that I had to change the way I felt about my body in order to get back to the body I

once had and desired to have again. I had to see myself as looking good. Knowing Law of

Attraction, I knew I needed to appreciate my body before I could change it. So that’s what

I did. I started noticing that I did still looked good even though I was wearing an extra 25lbs.

When I looked in the mirror and saw that I looked pretty good I would milk it. I would

find ways to continue feeling good about how I was looking. When I looked at myself and

did not feel like I looked so good I would start creating my new story, as I wanted to live it.

Remember in my chapter on playing a game with the Universe. I knew that I had to

imagine seeing the birds and feel what it would be like. I did the same thing with purchasing

my Dream Home. I would imagine living in the house. I used my imagination and emotions

as if it were real and already existing. You have to change your belief. A belief is just a

thought you keep thinking. The more I would imagine these things the more I believed they

could happen. When I imagined these things I was vibrating as if I had them. Like attracts

like, so the more I felt like I already had the things I want then the Universe has no choice

but to deliver it. Belief is a major ingredient.

I also got a subliminal program on my computer that I could program my own messages

into that will flash on my computer screen as I worked on it. There are many of those

programs available. This desire to loose weight was for me was a harder one to do totally

on my own. So, somehow the Universe lead me to a website that has NLP Meditation

CDs. So I ordered a CD called Ideal Weight . This CD is amazing. It uses NLP, Nuero

Linguistic Programming, short summary is, you hear sounds, music and voices in both ears,

which address your left brain and your right brain at the same time and encourages you to

become whole brain thinking. You will have to do some research on NLP if you are

interested. These CDs also use Holosync, a meditation process that puts you into a deep

meditation. I found this Ideal Weight CD to be amazing, it works. I did it!

These tools along with appreciating where I was with my weight and how I looked is how I

managed to loose the weight. This CD helped me to reprogram my thoughts around

weight, it helped me to release limiting beliefs around food habits and it also encouraged

me to feel stay on track to reach my ideal weight. It is made by Paul Scheeley from

Learning Strategies. He has Meditation CDs for all areas of life listed on the site’s sidebar.

PURCHASING LAND IN THE ADIRONDACK MOUNTAINS

This is another interesting story about one of my experiences with the Law of Attraction.

We wanted to buy some land upstate in New York in the Adirondack Mountains. It is

really beautiful up there. You really feel so secluded, like you are in another Universe or

something. At least that is the way I feel every time I go there. We somehow through a

series of events came to look for land up there. There were many listings, but one in

particular caught my husband’s eye. So we contacted the Realtor who listed the land and

went to see it. Well, on this land, 78 acres, is a little dirt road that is actually on the map.

The name of the road is STEELE ROAD. Spelled exactly as we spell our Son’s name.

How did we pull that one in? I’ve come to realize that there is no such thing as coincidence.

The Universe is always at work for you. Needless to say, we purchased that land and still

own it. Gotta love the Universe and the law of attraction! I bet you can think back at how

many things came to you with the Law of Attraction. Now, with using the information I am

giving you and the processes yet to come, you can start creating so much more!

MY PARTIAL TEAR IN MY LEFT ROTATOR CUFF

Doesn’t really sound like a good thing to attract does it. But, I recently came to realize that

it is actually the Universe guiding me to my true self. Imagine that!

Although I love Karate, and have been practicing for over 20 years it is not my true passion.

In one aspect it is a passion of mine because Karate does help people in their everyday life.

And I do really enjoy the challenge and the activity of karate. I teach the kids classes at our

dojo and see how karate helps them in their life both physically and emotionally.

The nice thing about the Law of Attraction is that everything that you have lived and are

now living has lead to your present experience. There are no regrets, all of your experience

has happened for a reason it is building on your desires. Where you are right now is just

the bouncing off place for what is yet to come. All of your life experience has been

teaching you and molding you to know what you do want in life.

I am an Artist at heart. I love to create. I create with coming up with new ways to teach

Karate to kids. I’ve always created as an artist, mostly in Advertising and Graphic Design. I

enjoy painting my home, designing our landscaping creating mosaic designs both indoors

and outdoors. But since studying Law of Attraction for many years I am finding that

teaching the Law of Attraction is my true desire.

While I have been experiencing the pain in my shoulder from a partial tear I have not been

able to train in karate as much. Well during this time, after at first being upset at myself for

creating such a bad experience. Then questioning my vibration and why I created this

experience. I came to realize that if I had not hurt my shoulder, I may not have taken the

time to get more involved with Law of Attraction and may not have come to my true

desire to be a Law of Attraction Life Coach.

I really enjoy coaching. My job is to help my Clients to raise their vibration so that they will

live their dreams. As a coach I keep my clients accountable, to be sure that they are in fact

following their desires and not going off track. I will help guide them to find all of their own

answers within themselves. Each of us knows exactly what we need to do, to get to where

we want to be we just sometimes cannot see it. That’s what I like best. I respect the fact

that my Clients know better than me or anyone else what is in their best interest. They

know by the way they feel. Every time I coach a client my vibration is skyrocketing. It is

the best feeling. And I have to give some credit to my Rotator Cuff Tear. Partial tear

actually, so I didn’t create something that needs immediate care. Now, my new challenge is

to be able to repair this partial tear without surgery. Many if not most people would think

that I am out of my mind trying to heal myself. But, as Abraham says “A belief is just a

thought you keep thinking” If I can change my belief around healing this type of injury I

might actually be able to do it. People have cured major diseases with their mind. Those

people found a way to vibrate to their good health. That shows you that it can be done.

ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSE

I'll pass along another message I received from the Universe to do with discovering my

purpose. I am very much into using crystals to focus my energy. I LOVE CRYSTALS.

Anyway, I have many of them and I've programmed certain crystals with a function or job.

Well, one in particular, a favorite of mine that I feel very connected to, has physically

changed. I have a 2 inch sphere, clear quartz with Titanium needles throughout. I've had

this crystal for a while. I go to a crystal shop in China Town NYC, all of the employees

there are very knowledgeable on Crystals and the different functions each have. There are

a few Feng Shui Masters there as well. The last 3 of my homes have had Feng Shui Plans

drawn up for them. Each time the energy transformation has been really wonderful.

Well when I first started working with this crystal I confused it. I was talking to the crystal,

stating my desires in the present time as if were already living them. Which is the correct

thing to do, BUT I was very A to B back then, very much a go getter, get everything done

on my list and do it fast and effectively. So being in that frame of mind, I would talk to my

crystal while I was driving 70 mph on a very busy highway as I drove going back and forth

to work. Thinking I'd fit in time for the crystal as I was driving. The crystal got very cloudy

in appearance. It was strange, it was not as clear as it used to be. So I went into the Crystal

store and explained what had happened. They explained to me that I was confusing the

crystal. I should be in a more meditative space and environment when speaking to my

crystal. Speeding on a highway speaking to my crystal was not the way to achieve my

desires. I left the crystal with them for a deep cleansing. When I picked it up again, it was

back to normal.

It was back to how it was originally when I first purchased it. It was as bright and clear as

before. The interesting part of the story is that although it was back to how I had first

received it, there was an area in the crystal where you could not see right through, there

was a bit of a cloudy area when I first bought it. I use this crystal regularly. But recently

since I came to joining the Quantum Success Coaching Academy and have really found my

purpose in Life Coaching, that cloudy area is GONE. My beautiful crystal is so clear, I can

see through and beyond all of the titanium needles. The energy of this crystal has always

been strong, but now the energy it gives off is even stronger. I've been practicing Law of

Attraction for a while, but this is really a clear sign, acknowledgment, from the Universe that

I have truly found my purpose in Coaching. I have programmed this crystal to aid me in

being a successful Law of Attraction Coach and with writing my Law of Attraction e-book.

The Emotional Guidance Scale

The following list is a scale of emotions. As the number gets lower the emotion gets

higher. A great place to be vibrating at is from numbers 5 up through to number 1. The

nice thing about this scale is that you can find out where you are vibrating and then move

up through the emotions by doing some of the processes that you will find in the next

chapter. This scale and the following processes come from the book “Ask and it is Given”

This list of 22 emotions is your indicator of how well you are vibrating. The lower the

number on the scale, the higher the vibration. The thing that is most important is that you

are always reaching for a better feeling to work your way up to the top, up to the place

where you are experiencing Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation.

When you are in these emotions you are allowing all that you desire to come to you.

Let’s say you find your self in a higher number emotion with someone or something. You

aren’t in a good emotional place. If you could put the situation out of your mind and focus

on something else to distract you, you would release some resistance and your vibration

will rise. If you reach for a better thought, any thought that feels better, and you are

consciously aware of how that thought feels, you can begin to move up the scale

immediately. The more, better thoughts you can think of the better you will feel. Do that

again and again, in a short period of time you will find yourself in a very good feeling place.

The Processes

As you know I am a Law of Attraction Life Coach. As Law of Attraction Coaches we hold

the vision that you have for yourself and we guide you to that space. We can see what it is

that you want to create as you explain it to us. We know many different processes that will

guide you to better feeling thoughts on any subject. These processes will lift your vibration

to such a place of positivity that the only result can be that you begin to see that vision for

yourself, and then you will live the life you dream of.

A Law of Attraction Life Coach will guide you to what you already know but have not yet

been able to tap into. You already know what is best for you. You already know what it is

that you desire for your life. The problem is that you have lost your way to that vision.

Through life experiences or things that you have been told along the way you now have

gone off track. My job as your Law of Attraction Coach is to guide you to what you know

and feel is best for you. My job is to keep you on track to achieving your goal. I will show

you once again how very powerful you really are in controlling your life.

The following pages have descriptions of many of the processes I use when coaching my

clients. You can apply these processes for yourself. These processes are very helpful tools

to raising your vibration. As you now know when you raise your vibration you are allowing

all those things that you desire to come to you. This is when the Law of Attraction can

really be working for you.

Read through these processes and choose one at any given time that is appealing to you.

Find the one that you feel will help you to raise your vibration at that moment. Do as

many as you like as often as you like. Some of them should be done every day, like the

Journals. I combine my Appreciation Journal and Success Journal in one book.

You will come to find you have a few favorites that work really well for you. Some of

these can be done anywhere at any time. As you get familiar with them you will find you

really enjoy implementing them. These are many of the tools that a Law of Attraction

Coach will use with their clients. It is really helpful to do these with a Coach. The results

you get are amazing.

I have separated out the processes to one per page. This will make it easier to reference

each process and keep it simple to focus on when applying them

I love the Appreciation Journal

The greatest tool there is for applying the Law of Attraction is by far the Appreciation

Journal. When you appreciate the people and things around you, the more you appreciate

about them, the more you will find to appreciate. It’s really pretty amazing. The Law of

Attraction will always give you more of what you are thinking of. So, the more you think

appreciative thoughts the more things you will find to appreciate.

When you are feeling appreciation you are allowing all those things that you desire to

come to you. The Universe will play along with you and keep giving you more and more

good stuff. It’s really pretty cool to witness. When you are logging your appreciation into a

journal you can look back at all that you have written and you will see evidence of Law of

Attraction in the works.

I like to keep an Appreciation Journal and a Success Journal all in one. It feels really good to

log my successes in the journal. It’s a great acknowledgment of how well I am vibrating. You

could log one success or more each day. As you write your success feel the emotions

connected to the success. You want to really milk those good feelings. The more you can

keep yourself in that good vibration the more good stuff will come to you.

It’s all about keeping your vibration up. Through appreciation you always feel good. And it

is great to look back at the successes you log each day to see how Law of Attraction is

working for you.

Appreciation and Gratitude Journal

Purchase a journal and write down 5 things a day that you are grateful for. Make sure that

when you are writing these down, that you feel the feelings of gratitude in your body. It is

always the feelings that evoke the vibrations, not just the thoughts of gratitude. You can

take that further and place your dominant hand over your heart and say the appreciation

out load three times, each time really feeling the emotion of appreciation.

I take this even further; on the backside of my sheet I write 5 Appreciations of things that

have not yet occurred. I call it my Future Appreciations. I write about things that I am

grateful for and appreciate as if they already happened. I created so many things from doing

this. Literally, things I wrote in this journal that had not occurred at that point, came into my

real life. You will be amazed, it seems like magic. But, it is the Law of Attraction at it’s best.

For example, I needed to get my driveway re-paved, it was really breaking apart and in bad

shape. I had a couple of quotes but could not afford them yet. I wrote about how much I

appreciated the new driveway. Well, out of the blue, someone knocked on my door. He

had a truck full of asphalt left over from a job and would do my driveway for $2.00 a

square foot. Way cheaper than the quotes I had, so we were able to have it done. I had a

huge rotted woodpile 15 feet long by 3 feet wide, I didn’t know how to get rid of it, but I

wrote about how nice it was now that it had been cleared. Wouldn’t you know, not long

after, my Neighbor had a tree company with a wood chipper at her house. Wow, there

was my solution. I had them go right over to my house to take that woodpile away.

Success Journal

Purchase a journal to keep a diary or a log of evidence of the Law of Attraction in your life.

It will help you believe it more, get more excited, allow more, and trust more. Regardless

of the size of the manifestation, if it’s something you desired, write it down. Record your

evidence and it will help you to raise your vibration. After a couple of pages of recording

evidence, you will realize how much the Law of Attraction really is working in your life. As

you use the Law of Attraction more knowingly, you will have confirmation that will help

you trust the process of allowing more easily, lessening the doubt or resistance. Whenever

you feel doubt about your ability to work with the Law of Attraction, read your Success

Journal or you can call it your Law of Attraction Journal.

Processes #1– Rampage of Appreciation

Simply direct pleasant thoughts in your mind. Look around your immediate environment

and gently notice something that pleases you. Hold your attention on this object as you

consider how wonderful, beautiful, or useful it is. As you focus, your positive feelings about

it will increase. Choose another object of attention that easily evokes your appreciation.

Focus upon those things that feel good to you. Keep adding to the thought until you are

feeling really good.

Once you start seeing things to appreciate say out load or in your mind statements about

your appreciation, then you can look for another thing to appreciate, again make some

statements about that. Before you know it you have a rampage of appreciative thoughts

about so many things and your vibration rises. You will see how as you think these good

thoughts, more good thoughts come to you. It’s Law of Attraction, like attracting like, the

good thoughts will just keep coming.

It’s a fun thing to do at anytime and anywhere. You could be bored standing on line at a

store. Look around and start noting appreciations in your mind. It will make standing on line

much more enjoyable.

Processes #2– Magical Creation Box

Find a box that you like. One that is pretty or cool or just one you really lke. On the lid,

write these words: Whatever is contained in this box – IS! Now gather pictures from

magazines, catalogs, and brochures that you would like to include in your experience,

anything that exemplifies any desires you hold. It can include furniture, clothing, landscaping,

buildings, travel destinations, vehicles, physical characteristics, interactions of people. You

can also include a written description of something you would like to experience. Just drop

each of these into the box and say, “Whatever is contained in this box – IS!” By placing

these pictures and ads and things in your box you are offering a positive vibration. You

might be feeling hope or excitement about getting these things. By putting these things into

your box you are putting the desire out to the Universe, then you leave the rest to Law of

Attraction. Somehow, some way these things will come to you. Just enjoy the feeling of

including them in your vibration.

It’s fun to look through your box now and then and see how some of the items you put in

the box actually did come into your experience.

Processes #3– The Creative Workshop

Get four pieces of paper and at the top of each sheet write one of the following headings:

My Body, My Home, My Relationships, and My Work. On each page write: This is what I

desire regarding …. (My Body) Write a short list of things that easily come to your mind

that you desire about each heading. Now focus on each statement of desire on each page,

and write the reasons why you want each of those things. This softens your resistance and

adds more clarity and power to your thoughts.

I used this process when purchasing my Dream Home. I wrote some statements about my

dream home and then I wrote some reasons about why I want that for example:

My Dream Home

■ I want a home that I will be happy in for a long time to come!

I want this because I don’t want to move again

I want to be settled and rooted into a community (list as many reasons as you can)

■ I want a Ranch on a large piece of property!

I want this because I love having a lot of space

I like having everything on one floor without staircases (etc)

Processes #4– Virtual Reality

Deliberately activate a pleasant scenario in your mind that causes good-feeling vibrations.

This is a process where you get to choose everything about this moment in time. Stimulate

your imagination. So choose a location that feels really good to you. Notice what time of

day it is, what the air and temperature feels like, whether it is indoors or outdoors, what

you are doing, who else is with you, and what kind of mood you are in. Now imagine what

delightful and good feeling things you might be doing or saying. Create a movie in your

mind, like day dreaming. Just let it go and really feel the emotions attached to this good

feeling story.

You may find it hard to get started, but once you make the first few statements about this

scenario you will have many more thoughts come flooding in. Have fun with it. This is

where it all happens. You will find yourself feeling really good when you do this. When you

feel really good you are in a state of allowing.

Processes #5– The Prosperity Game

Establish an imaginary checking account, but make deposit entries and check withdrawals as

if it were an actual account. Make up some fake checks and use a spare check register. You

can use computer software if you like. The idea is to make this process as real as possible.

On the first day, deposit $1000 in the account. Then write out checks to spend those

dollars, whether one check or several checks, Don’t get too wrapped up about actual cost

for the items, just round it off. Have fun thinking about what you would like to purchase

and enjoy the process of writing out the checks. Be descriptive on the memo portion of

the check. You have to spend the whole amount each day. On the second day, deposit

$2000. On the third day, deposit $3000. Each consecutive day, just add another $1000 to

your deposit. If you play this game every day for one year, you will have deposited and

spent more than $66 million. This will increase your ability to imagine. This will raise your

vibration around money and being able to have all this stuff that you desire.

This actually gets a little hard to do after awhile. Just remember to have fun with it. Give

money to charities, to family, to friends. Go on elaborate vacations. Buy, buy, buy! Purchase

homes, cars, land, jewelry etc. Sometimes I would let a few days accumulate so that I could

purchase a really big ticket item. The whole idea is to get comfortable spending lots of

money. Remember, the Universe doesn’t know the difference between imagined and

reality. You will train your vibration to one of financial abundance. When you vibrate this

way, more money is sure to show up in your reality.

Processes #6– Meditation

Find 15 minutes each day. Sit in a quiet space. Wear comfortable clothing. Sit in a chair

or on the floor. Now close your eyes, relax, and breathe slowly. Gently release any

thought and re-focus upon your breathing. Quiet and clear your mind, having no thought.

If a thought pops into your mind just acknowledge it and let it go. This is a state of offering

no resistance. When you are not focused upon unwanted things that lower your vibration,

then the vibration of your Being is high and fast and pure. You are in a state of allowing

because you have stopped trying to make anything happen. You are just sitting and

breathing for these fifteen minutes. You will find that if you can put in a little effort and get

into a habit of doing this it will change your life.

Processes #7– Evaluating Dreams

As you go to bed, consciously acknowledge that your dreams accurately reflect your

thoughts. Make it your intention to rest well and to awaken refreshed. And if there is

anything important to recall from your dream state, you will recall it when you awaken. As

you awaken, but before you get up, ask yourself what you remember from your dream

state. Relax and remember how you felt during it. Your more meaningful dreams are

always accompanied by strong emotion. It is helpful to keep a written record of your

dreams, especially how you felt within the dream.

Your dreams can give you a heads up on what you might be creating. If you wake up and

you don’t feel good about the dreams you had during the night, try to remember what was

happening in the dream and see if there is a message for you. Your dreams can aide you in

realizing that you are thinking negatively on a particular subject. Knowing that you now can

choose to find better feeling thoughts and guide your self towards what it is that you do

really want, and stay away from the negative thing that you might be creating.

But, even better, is to wake up from a dream feeling great and knowing that you are on the

right track to achieving your desire. Your dream might have a message of what you should

do next. You can get inspiration and direction from your dreams.

Processes #8– The Book of Positive Aspects

Set aside 10-20 minutes a day to write in a notebook that is pleasing to you. At the top of

each page, write the name or a brief description of someone or something that you always

feel good about. Ask yourself these questions: What do I like about you? Why do I love

you so much? What are your positive aspects? Then write down your ideas in response to

these questions. Let the thoughts flow. Give your attention to what really feels good. The

more positive aspects you search for, the more you will find. Your relationship with each

subject will become richer and more satisfying too.

You can also do this with someone or something that you do not feel good about. Write

the name or brief description same as above and then write some positive aspects. If you

can write one or two positive aspects each day or each time you have an interaction with

this person or subject you will start to create more positive thoughts regarding them. You

will start to notice that your interactions with that person or subject will improve.

I have done this with a few relationships that were not so great and totally changed the

dynamic of the relationship. It is really quite amazing. You have to try it in order to

experience it for yourself.

Processes #9– Scripting

Pretend you are a writer and that whatever you write will be performed exactly as you

write it. Your only job is to describe, in detail, everything, exactly as you want it to be.

When you focus on your desire, then you offer no resistance. Scripting will help you begin

talking about how you would like things to be. Put feeling and interacting with words into

your script of life experiences also.

This is a great process. Once you get started telling this new story, after the first few

sentences you will really start flowing ideas of how your desire will come to be. Write the

script of how you want the whole thing to unfold. Really add your emotion into it. Before

you know it you will see actual real life signs of some of the things you wrote about.

Processes #10– The Place Mat Process

On a large sheet of paper, draw a line down the center. As a heading on the left side,

write: Things I Will Do Today. As a heading on the right side of the line, write: Things I

Would Like the Universe to Do. From your own To Do List, select only those things that

you absolutely intend to do this day or feel you must do as well as the things you really

want to do and enter them on the left side of your paper. Enter all the other tasks on the

Universe’s side of the paper. This will cause you to focus your desires more specifically and

to release your resistance regarding them.

And you will see that somehow the things you wrote on the Universe side seem to get

done as well. This blew me away. I’ve had things written down that I thought I had to do,

but in many cases once I moved it over to the Universe others helped me to get it done. I

didn’t even ask for help. It just came to me. The Universe is really there to assist.

When you release some of the anxiety and resistance around trying to get everything

done, once you are in a higher vibration, things magically seem to get done somewhat on

their own. It’s actually the Universe aiding in lining things up for you so that these things can

be taken off your list.

It all comes back to feeling good, staying positive, when you can do that all things are

possible and things just fall into line.

Processes #11– Segment Intending

This will help you to be more deliberate about focusing your thoughts and to be more

aware of where your thoughts currently are. You enter a new segment anytime your

intentions change. Take the time to set your tone and get your thought of expectation

started even before you are inside your new segment. Be clear about what you really want

to happen. This helps you to consciously consider what you are projecting – and it gives

you control of your future segments.

For example: When driving to work set your intention to a relaxing, enjoyable uneventful

drive, as you admire the surroundings and switch your focus to work. Then you can set up

another segment once at work. Maybe it will be that as you start your day you encounter

pleasant people while working efficiently. You can segment your lunch. You can segment

anything. Going shopping you can make finding a parking spot a segment and state how

you intend that experience to be. And on and on. Create your day bit by bit as to how

you intend it to flow.

Processes #12– Wouldn’t it Be Nice if…?

This question naturally elicits from you a more positive, expectant response, which raises

your vibration and improves your point of attraction. When you ask this question about

any subject, you are choosing something that you want, and you’re being soft and easy

about it. You are holding yourself in a place of alignment with your desire. Use your

imagination and try to hold your focus on any subject as long as possible. Trust that things

will come into alignment – and they will.

This process is great because it takes the pressure off. It takes away the unknown of how

your desire will come about. Instead you just get in the good feeling place of thinking about

how nice it would be.

Processes #13– Which Thought Feels Better?

Each subject is really two subjects: something that you desire, and the absence of

something you desire. They have very different vibrational frequencies. This process helps

you to consciously identify the vibrational frequency of each thought. Sit for a few minutes

and write your thoughts on paper about how you really feel about the subject right now.

Next, write another statement that amplifies exactly how you can feel even better about it.

Keep writing and try to improve how you feel. This helps you to become more aware of

how your thoughts feel and to become more adept at choosing better feeling thoughts.

Conditions and circumstances will change to match your feeling. Your thoughts really can

influence everything around you.

For example: I want to be thin, but I feel fat. This could be a statement about how you

feel about loosing weight. Then you might say; I still don’t fit into my old skinny jeans.

Does that thought feel better? No. Then you might say, I saved those skinny jeans because

I know when I fit into them again I will feel great. Now, that feels a little better, right? But, I

just don’t know how to get started loosing weight. Better or worse? Worse. So then maybe

you say: I’ve lost a lot of weight before, I know I can do it again. Better!

The idea is to find a better feeling thought, after awhile the better feeling thoughts will

come to you much easier. Then you will be in a more positive feeling place. That’s the

whole idea. From there you can really start your journey to achieving your desire.

Processes #14– Clearing Clutter for Clarity

This is a sorting process that can be done extremely quickly without the possibility of

discarding valuable things that you may need later on. Obtain several sturdy cardboard

boxes, a package of alphabetized index cards and a handheld voice recorder. Number each

box. As you look around the room, focus upon an item and ask yourself if it is important to

your immediate experience. As you put an item into a box, speak into the recorder giving

the item name and the number of the box. Later, transfer the information from the

recorder onto the alphabetized index cards. Store the boxes for a few weeks, and then

move all unnecessary items out of the house or to a storage facility. Discard everything

from your experience that is not essential to your now. You will definitely feel better in an

uncluttered environment.

You will feel so much better if you can release some of your clutter. It’s like making space

in your mind. Having so much clutter in your environment can be very draining to your

body. When you clear the clutter you feel better. Then if after a little while you realize that

you really didn’t need all of that stuff you can decide to discard some of it.

Clearing out your space is like clearing your mind. You release the negative energy that is

connected to all that stuff hanging around. Now you can have a clearer mind and can start

being more deliberate about your thoughts. You will feel the energy change in your

environment. It’s a very freeing feeling.

Processes #15– The Wallet Process

This process helps you offer a vibration that is compatible with the receiving of money

instead of pushing it away. First, obtain a $100 bill and put it in your wallet or purse.

Remember that your $100 bill is there always. As you move throughout your day, take

note of the many things you could purchase with it. You can mentally spend that $100

several times a day. Tell yourself, “I could if I wanted to … and I could have that”.

You don’t have to really spend the money to feel the abundance of spending it. If you

spend that same $100 ten times in a day then you have spent $1,000. It feels pretty good

to spend that money each day. The Universe doesn’t know the difference between real

and imagined. The feeling you get by knowing that you could spend that money on these

different items puts you in an abundance mode.

Make sure that you actually have a real $100 bill. You don’t want to have an IOU, or fake

money. That won’t give you the feeling of having the money, it will give you the feeling of

the lack of having the money. This is all about really feeling that you can spend that money

if you wanted to, because you actually have it in your pocket. It just really locks in the

feeling of having money to spend as you please, when you please.

Then you will find that you are in the vibration of receiving money, not in pushing it away

with thoughts of lack. Enjoy, it’s a fun little game.

Processes #16– Pivoting

This process helps you to more clearly define what you really want. Whenever you know

what you do not want, you also know even more clearly what you do want. This contrast

helps you to focus your thoughts in the right direction and improve your vibrations.

Whenever you feel a negative emotion, stop and ask yourself, “I know what I don’t want,

so what is it that I do want?” Give attention to this thought to be in the place of positive

attraction.

This is really a great process. Those negative thoughts you have really do point you in the

right direction to what you really do want. So, when you find yourself stuck in a place you

don’t want to be, simply PIVOT. Change your thoughts to what it is that you do want. You

will start to feel better right away. Keep your focus on what it is that you want.

Processes #17– The Focus Wheel

Spend 15-20 minutes with this process anytime you feel strong negative emotion about

something or you wish to improve your feeling of clarity. Make a general statement to

match your desire. Draw a large circle on a sheet of paper. Then draw a smaller circle,

about two inches in diameter, in the center of the large circle. Focus your eyes on the

smaller circle. Identify what you do not want so that you know clearly what it is that you do

want. An example would be, “I feel poor, and I want to feel prosperous.” Write in the

small circle “I want to feel prosperous.” Next, try to write statements around the outside

edge of the large circle that will match what it is that you do want. As if at the positions on

a clock, start at the 12:00 position and write statements in all 12 positions. You will feel

whether your new statement is a match or not. Remember to be general, not specific at

this time. Continue writing thoughts that feel good around the circle. This helps you bridge

a belief so that it matches your desire.

You just find a thought that feels better that takes you closer to your desire. After the first

couple of thoughts you will find that more, better feeling thoughts will come flooding to

you. You start to see how you can reach your desire.

Processes #18– Finding the Feeling Place

The words that you use are not important, how you feel is what matters. This process

helps you radiate a vibration that will serve you when you realize what you are actually

attracting. You are to pretend that your desire has already come about and that you are

now living the details of that desire. Focus upon what it feels like to be living your desire.

Your goal is to create images that feel good to you. This will shift your point of attraction.

An example would be to see yourself taking $20 bills to the bank to convert them to $100

bills, just for the sake of more efficient storage.

This is a really great way to experience how FEELING is such a key ingredient. You can

create the feeling place of anything you desire.

Processes #19– Releasing Resistance

to Becoming Free of Debt

In a columnar writing pad, list your monthly expenditures in the columns, beginning with

the largest monthly outgo to the smallest. If the first entry is House Payment as the

heading, on the next line you would enter the dollar amount of that payment. Circle this

amount that you are obligated to pay each month. On the third line, enter the total

outstanding debt for this category. Now enter the second largest payment in the second

column and so on. Across the top of the pad, write the following affirmation: It is my desire

to keep my promise regarding all of these financial obligations, and in some cases I will even

do twice as much as is required. Each time you receive a bill, enter the same figure or the

minimum monthly, if it changes. When it is time to make a payment for the category that is

on the far right column of your pad (in other words, the smallest payment you make each

month), write the check for exactly twice what is required. Then write in the new amount

of the outstanding balance. Because you are looking at your finances in a way that is new,

your vibration will begin to shift right away. Keep your promise about doubling up on

payments. And with this shift, things will begin to change in your financial condition. As

soon as the debt on the far right column is paid for, eliminate that column from your pad.

Your sense of financial well-being will improve each time you play this game.

Processes #20– Turning it Over to the Manager

Imagine that you are the owner of a very large corporation with thousands of people who

work for you. All of them are working to make your company more successful. You have a

manager that personally works with these people. He understands them, advises them, and

directs them. So, whenever you get an idea about something, you express it to your

manager who takes care of it efficiently and effectively, just the way you like it. This

manager is called the Law of Attraction, and you have only to ask in order for this Universal

Manager to jump at your request. Delegate to him and make your requests with an

expectation of receiving. Setting goals is like delegating. Achieving the vibration of allowing

is like standing back and trusting him to do it. When another decision is needed from you,

you will be aware of it.

I love this process! I use this all the time. I have had many things come to me by doing this.

It’s amazing how things will just go your way. When you hand it over to the Universal

Manager you release so much negativity and resistance surrounding this thing that you

asked the Manager to do for you.

Processes #21– Reclaiming One’s Natural State of Health

Do this process while lying in a comfortable position for about 15 minutes of undisturbed

time. Read this short list to yourself slowly. ‘It is natural for my body to be well. Even if I

don’t know what to do in order to get better, my body does. I have trillions of cells with

individual Consciousness, and they know how to achieve their individual balance. When this

condition began, I didn’t know what I know now. If I had known then what I know now,

this condition couldn’t have gotten started. I don’t need to understand the cause of this

illness. I don’t need to explain how it is that I am experiencing this illness. I have only to

gently, eventually, release this illness. It doesn’t matter that it got started, because it is

reversing its course right now. It is natural that it would take some time for my body to

begin to align to my improved thoughts of Well- Being. There is no hurry about any of this.

My body knows what to do. Well-Being is natural to me. My Inner Being is intricately aware

of my physical body. My cells are asking for what they need in order to thrive, and Source

Energy is answering those requests. I am in very good hands. I will relax now, to allow

communication between my body and my Source. My only work is to relax and breathe. I

can do that. I can do that easily.’ Just lie there and focus upon your breathing – in and out,

in and out. Be as comfortable as possible. Breathe as deeply as you can. All you need to do

is relax and breathe and allow it. If you can, drift off to sleep. Smile in your knowledge that

All-is- Well. Breathe and relax – and trust.

Processes #22– Moving Up the Emotional Scale

When you are aware that you are feeling some rather strong negative emotion, try to

identify what the emotion is. Consciously think about whatever is bothering you until you

can pinpoint the emotions that you are feeling.

Considering the two extreme ends of this emotional scale, you could ask yourself, Do I

feel powerfu l , or do I feel power less ? While you may not actually be feeling either one

of these emotions precisely, you will be able to tell which way your emotional state of

being is leaning right now. So, in this example, if your answer is powerless, then shorten the

range that you are considering, and ask yourself: Does i t feel more l ike power lessness

or f rustrat ion ? Still more like powerlessness. Then shorten the range still further. Does

th is feel more l ike power lessness or worry ? As you continue (there is no right or

wrong approach to this), eventually you will be able to state with accuracy what you are

really feeling about the situation you are addressing. Keep asking these questions as you

make your way up the emotional scale list.

Once you have found your place on the emotional scale, your work is to try to find

thoughts that give you a slight feeling of relief from the emotion you are feeling. A process

of talking out load or writing down your thoughts will give you the best reading of the way

you are feeling. As you make statements with the deliberate intention of inducing an

emotion that gives you a slight feeling of relief, you will begin to release resistance, and you

will be able to move up the vibrational scale to a place of feeling much better. Remember,

an improved feeling means a releasing of resistance, and a releasing of resistance means a

greater state of allowing what you really want.

So, using the emotional scale, and beginning with where you are, look at the emotion that

is just about where you believe you are, and try to fashion some words that lead you more

into a slightly less resistant emotional state of being.

Now that you understand that your goal is to reach a better feeling emotion, this process

will free you from troubling negative emotions that you have been experiencing for years.

And as you gently and gradually release the resistance you have unknowingly gathered, you

will begin to experience improvements in your life experiences.

Processes #23– 68 Second Process

You are only 17 seconds away from 68 seconds to fulfillment. With only a few seconds of

focusing your attention on a subject, you activate the vibration of that subject within you.

The Law of Attraction will start responding to your vibration. The longer you can keep

flowing positive thoughts on that subject the easier more matching thoughts will come to

you. Within 17 seconds the matching vibration on the subject is activated. As you keep

thinking these positive thoughts about that subject by the time you reach 68 seconds the

vibration is powerful enough to begin the manifestation. As you keep your attention on

these thoughts and if you repeat this process over the next few days it will become a

dominant thought. Once you achieve this dominant thought you will start to see evidence

of this manifestation starting to begin.

To sum it up, what you think, and what you feel and what is manifested is always a

vibrational match.

So, just focus your thoughts on something that you want. Think a thought about that and

really focus and feel that thought. Then make another statement about this subject, think

about that, then another, and another. At this point you will find that more good thoughts

keep coming to you. You only need to do this for 68 seconds, but you will find that it feels

so good you just keep going on and on. Just create these fun, good feeling thoughts for a

few minutes. Do it as often as you can and you will be vibrating to that desire. Then of

course, it will come to you.

Celebrate the Closeness of the Match

Notice how you feel whenever something you desire starts showing up in your life.

Observing evidence of the Law of Attraction is important. In some cases if something that

manifests is close, but not exact, most people would say, “He’s not quite the right person I

was looking for.” “It’s kind of close, but not really what I wanted.” This is a negative

vibration. When you find and experience the Law of Attraction, you should celebrate it by

acknowledging how close you came to getting what you wanted. It’s in the celebration of

the closeness of the match that you offer more vibration of what you desire, and at that

moment, the Law of Attraction is responding to your vibration. Remember, the Law of

Attraction does not care whether you are remembering, pretending, playing, creating,

complaining, or worrying. It simply responds to your vibration. So, find evidence of how

close you have come and celebrate.

“I’m in the Process”

For some people it is hard to believe that you will get what you desire the most. This is

especially true if you are focusing on the reality that what you want hasn’t come yet.

When you concentrate on what you don’t have, you are offering a negative vibration. So

instead, try to feel the relief of saying, “I am in the process”. When you say you don’t have

something, it is another way of focusing on the lack, which offers a negative vibration.

Whenever you catch yourself saying you don’t have something yet, stop and instead say, “I

am in the process of attracting . . .”.

Create a Void or Vacuum

A void or vacuum is always waiting to be filled. As an example, if you want more clients in

your practice, make space in your filing cabinet for new clients, even label some empty file

folders with their names on it, you are then raising the vibration to attract new clients.

Saying, “I’m waiting for more clients” or “I have only a few clients,” can be rephrased as “I

have room and space for new clients.” Can you feel the difference? The key to creating this

hungry void is to focus on the opportunity to be filled and concentrate on the emptiness of

the hole. For example, when a client cancels, you can say you’ve just created space to

attract a new client.

I hope that example is helpful, you can apply this to anything. You are putting a positive

slant on a situation and you actually are really making space for more to come.

Hold Onto That Check

Do you want to attract more money? Then hang onto checks you’ve received a little

longer. Instead of cashing a check the day you receive it, hold onto it and observe it for a

day or so. It will make a difference in your vibration. Every time you look at the check, you

will get a little jolt of excitement that will be offered to the Law of Attraction.

That excitement will bring you more of that same excitement which will translate into

more money coming your way.
