This Art Deco Central Market was built in 1928 and was renovated in 1980’s. It has 130 arts and crafts shops selling the usual T-shirts and souvenirs to traditional handicraft. It is also the place for local artists to demonstrate their skills and display their work. Some authentic Food outlets can be found as well as the tourist orientated eating places.

The shops are open throughout the day, but after 6pm, the Pasar Malam (night market) takes over, the road is closed to traffic and the street comes alive with stalls, restaurants and crowds. This street is famous for its all-day parade of sidewalk stalls that sell imitation goods of all sorts from imitation handbags to souvenirs, watches, clothes, herbal remedies and local trinkets. Bargain hard! A must for everyone!

Aquaria KLCC

Featuring 60,000 sq ft in two levels with a 90-metre long underwater tunnel, Aquaria KLCC houses over 250 different species, including different types of sharks, and aquatic animals from around the world. You can even adopt a turtle!

The Aquaria KLCC is an underwater park located beneath the Convention Centre.

Kuala Lumpur Tower

Officially opened in August 1996, this 421m tower is reputed to be the highest in Asia and the fourth highest in the world. Visitors can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Federal Territory and the Klang Valley from its observation deck.
