This national project aims at the sustainable development of Venice, the Lagoon and the territory: one of the most complex ecosystems worldwide.The physical system:● Venice, a World Heritage;● 108 municipalities in the

Intelligent Transport System for Traffic Air Pollution
Objective:when air pollution is predicted to exceed a certain threshold, then:
- prevent access to the ring road area to most polluting cars;
- enhance public transport service.
Implementation:
Delivery of an integrated system:
- Air Quality Monitoring Systems and forecast;
- Traffic count and access control portals along the second ring road ;
- Bus transport fleet management
- Data Centre.
