The capacity of 120 samples of TD - 30R and 60 samples of TD - 30 enables efficient use at night and on weekends.The analysis schedule can be set up to 1000 lines with the batch editor.The sample tray at the low position on the front of the instrument is accessible even during analysis and prevents misplacement of the tube.

Tube conditioning function allows you to condition a large number of tubes for sampling.

Immediately after the tube desorb are completed, the tube heating block moves away from the tube and the tube is cooled at high speed by air blowing by the fan.As a result, sample tubes are held without breakthrough of low boiling point components.Since there is no need to replace the tube, there is no need to worry about air mixing due to tube replacing.

Traceability

When an optional bar code reader is installed, the bar code printed on the tube is automatically read and recorded. The barcode can be used for sample management and usage history management of sample tubes.

In addition to the leak test results, the function to record the temperature of the tube, trap and flow rate will support tracing of the cause of the abnormal result.

The internal standard sample addition function of TD-30R adds a gaseous standard substance to the sample tube to improve the reliability of the measurement result.It has a fixed addition mode using a heated sample loop and an addition amount variable mode using a mass flow controller.

Usability

The control software of TD-30 is very easy to learn the operation method by the same user interface as GC, GC-MS method, batch file setting screen and look and feel.It is also possible to add or interrupt samples during batch processing.

Flexibility

If the operator forgets to place a tube in the sample tray or a leak error occurs due to an improperly sealed tube, the system allows the operator to select whether to stop the continuous analysis or skip the applicable tubes. That helps prevent wasting valuable time because of simple mistakes.It also allows the operator to select the actions to take in the event the barcode reader fails to read a tube.
