at 4.5/inch R-value for total wall value of R-44
2x6 studs (FSC) at 24”oc were strapped with 2x3’s at 24”oc to limit thermal bridging. 7” of 0.8 lb foam at 4.5/inch R-value yields a total wall value of R-31.5
2x12 rafters at 24”oc with 2x3 strapping at 24”oc. 13” rafter cavities were filled with 0.8 lb spray foam
with a 4.5/inch R-value for wall value of R-58.5
Windows are Loewen, primarily casement and fixed
